Bomb sopes! The bread pudding is amazing! Doesn’t hurt to spend money there and the customer service is great! Definitely five stars!

The Aguas Frescas Arturo makes are delicious, his service is excellent. Hes always friendly and associates with his customers. The other ladies there are kind of snotty. I prefer to go in when art is there. It does get kind of hot in there. So i wouldn’t recommend eating in. Overall the food is great and art is the BEST employee there. The reason for 4 stars is because other than art no one else is friendly.

So far I have only had the aguas frescas here, the horchata and strawberry were very good, I cannot say the same for the pineapple, very bland and not sweet. I would give this place more stars if I had tried the food but I could not because when I called they said they closed at 9 but when I got there at 8:05 they told me they close at 9 but the kitchen closes at 8 so I could not order food.

I’ve been having a craving for tamales, especially since it’s the holiday season but living in redlands doesn’t give you a lot of good options. After checking Unilocal I found Jimenez bakery and figured why not try it. The outside is a bit sketchy but worth it! The tamales were hot and fresh, they had a really good meat to masa ratio, with great flavor. They weren’t greasy or dry. The pork were my fave! The chicken were good and moist, a bit spicy for my taste but still lots of meat and not too much masa. I also got to try the sweet bread, it was great especially for going at 5:00 at night. Fresh and moist are the 2 words I would use to describe them! All I can say is don’t judge a book by its cover!

I enjoyed the food, the price, & the proximity to someone who lives in Redlands. They had just about every meat, which is a huge plus for me. Their tacos were $ 1/weekends($ 1.25on weekdays) Their salsas were good. The red was spicy(yum), and the green was like a creamy guacatillo(not hot). They have a panaderia who’s bread looked good and fresh. I tried lengua, cabeza, asada, pastor(all same price!). The asada wasn’t seasoned that good(I would not go here for a good asada craving fix) but all the other meats were tasty. I had to give 3 stars because if I were in L.A., San Bernardino, or Riverside. .I’ve had much better. However, if it were for a Redlands review it deserves 5 stars for being some of the most authentic Mexican food in Redlands. It’s sort of small inside, and a lil run down, but they dish out some pretty tasty tacos. This is my new taco place when I don’t care to drive far. I will be back often for that lengua, pastor, & red salsa! Thank you Jimenez Bakery for being so close to me and serving all my fav meats at a great price!

This is actually a family owned RESTAURANT and bakery. We think they have the best tacos in Redlands. They have lots of different kinds to choose from. But it is a small place, and not everything on the menu is available every day. We like the service and the food. The Mexican breads are fresh.
