I have been botoxing for several years and this was the first time I went to Hospitality for my Botox. Jamie did my Botox and I am certain it was watered down or old as I had zero results. I came back in 2 weeks later and she injected more (AND WAS CHARGED) I usually get 25 units and by the time I was done there I was injected and PAID for 70 units (Over $ 700) and zero results. The customer service was non existent!!! I was referred to Dr Rau, who said I must be one of the rare people who don’t get results for Botox and that in «plastic surgery», he can’t give $ back to everyone that is unhappy because most the of the time «women are just happy with themselves». I went back to the place I went before, Senza Medical and had amazing results with 20 units. The staff at Senza is both talented and professional! I’ll never go back to Hospitality especially when they make no effort to right their wrongs. They have commented on my review with false information. They have another Unilocal because they have changed their name several times. I would urge you to take a look at their other accounts as other people have had very similar results to mine. They have had to change the doctor the work under several times. 1^st Dr Greene then Dr Rau and some Dr A.
Do yourself a favor and go see Dr Rossi at Senza Medical!!!

I’ve gotten Botox @ two other places with my husband and this place hands down is our favorite and the only place we go to now. I went in only wanting Botox and Jamie and my husband both recommended lip injections. I was nervous @ first but after getting them done I realized how much I needed it. They are much more plump and supple and I love love love them! I got juvederm there and we had some left in syringe so we used the rest for the lines around my mouth! I feel and look so much younger I am almost 39! Make sure to go to Hospitality for any and all services!

I just found out that Natalie who has been doing my manicure/​pedicures for over a year is not working at hospitality medical aesthetics anymore. I only continued going to this place because of her. I had a conflict with one of the receptionist about my appointment and Natalie was the one that made it right. So I continued coming here because she is honest, hardworking, great at what she does and loves what she does even though I think that the people that work there don’t have any customer service. So if anyone needs a great mani/​pedi get a hold of Natalie. It’s too bad… I guess I won’t be coming here anymore.

I love this place everyone is super nice! Jamie the nurse practitioner is amazing I suffer from rosacea and im getting laser genesis and the results are amazing after just one treatment! I highly recomend you come here if you are looking to improve your skin. Also check out all of the other services they offer you will not regret it. My face has never looked or felt better.

I’ve been here twice now for Botox and couldn’t be happier with my results. I found the price per unit to be comparable to other places in town and the spa is comfortable and clean. Jamie is the NP who gives the Botox and she was very honest about what was needed and what was not, I never felt pressured to do or buy more. She does the injections quickly and painlessly. Best of all, I LOVE how my face looks now! I no longer have a constantly furrowed brow and the lines around my eyes are so much less a problem for me. I wish I would have tried this sooner!

I was really nervous to get my first round of Botox, and I did a ton of research before coming here. The other reviews on Unilocal actually sold me, and I’m so glad I listened! I am loving the results! Jamie is amazing, and very knowledgeable about various treatments. She was very good at putting me at ease and answering all of my questions. She was also honest, and did not try to up-​sell me! She actually told me that my skin looked great, and that I should continue with my regular routine. This meant a lot, because most places will usually tell you there’s something else you need to get done, when in reality, that may not be the case.
The office is clean, and I felt safe and comfortable during the procedure. Initially, I was terrified to do anything to my face, but the results are fabulous. I no longer look like I’m frowning all the time, and I couldn’t be happier! On top of it, this clinic charged much less per unit compared to other medical clinics in the area. This is important to me, since I am a student and don’t have a huge income coming in. Overall, this was a great experience, and I will definitely return to this office in the future. Thank you!!!

I come here for Botox injections and Jamie is very knowledgable, answers all your questions and makes you feel comfortable before doing a procedure. They do not try to oversell you anything that you do not need and is very honest about what is recommended and not. Prices are reasonable as well.

This place is amazing and beautifully redone! I go there for my microdermabrasions, eyebrows, under arm lazor treatments, manicures, and of course haircuts/​styling. I walk out feeling clean and ready for my weekend in just a couple of hours! I highly recommend this place whether your looking for a relaxing place to get away to get pampered or just a quick styling at the blowout bar… this place has it all!!!
