The worst customer service. I get bad vibes every time I walk into this place. I was told my clothes would be done in 2 days. I returned a week later and they still weren’t done. I got a bs excuse that he had a migraine. My girlfriends blazer had stains and clearly was just steamed. Please don’t waste your time. This place deserves no stars.

I have been a customer of Full Steam Cleaners since 1998, encompassing four ownership changes and a relocation. The current owner, Dee, has always provided a very high level of service. I travel often and frequently have rush items to be cleaned and Full Steam never lets me down. They are professional, yet approachable and friendly — more like a welcoming neighborhood business and less like your typical chain/franchise. Dee takes spot removal *very* personal and I have seen him restore some articles of clothing I thought were lost causes. They ask for payment upfront, which may be off-putting to some, but they always deliver as promised. Pre-payment for me is always more convenient as I can be in and out quickly when I pick up(usually a hectic travel day for me). I mean, you have to pay eventually, right? If you are looking for a neighborhood cleaner with a warm and friendly staff, who can work miracles on your clothes, I recommend Full Steam.

The worst cleaners I’ve used. The poor reviews are accurate. If you like your clothes take them elsewhere. They ripped several of my uniforms denying it was anything they did, charged me to fix them, and did a horrible job repairing them. One of my sleeves is now at least an inch shorter than the other sleeve as a result of them trying to repair the rip.

I never would have guessed that a dry cleaner would have the capacity to irritate me the way this place did. Horrible service — impolite, unorganized, incapable of getting clothes done on schedule. The place is a pig sty and the prices aren’t great. The neighborhood could use a good dry cleaner, so I hope this place goes belly up soon so it can be replaced with one.

I’ve used this cleaners for the last several years, and continued to use it after it changed ownership. There is nothing positive to say about this business. The owners are rude, the clothes are never ready on time and they make you wait when there are never any other customers. It seems like they are more interested in running a daycare than a business. This is the final straw, I will not be returning to an establishment that doesn’t treat it’s customers right.

Horrible service! They charge you BEFORE your clothes are cleaned and they also charged me extra for a coat AFTER it had been cleaned. No apologies from anyone. I will be more than happy to take my cleaning elsewhere. They also staple their cleaning tags onto clothing which is a big no no.

I went to this dry cleaners as they are open later than most dry cleaners in the area. As I work generally until around 6 – 630 during most of the week, it is difficult for me to drop clothes off at most locations. I dropped 1 dress off on a Tuesday and asked the attendant when to pick it up – he said Thursday after 5 or Friday all day. When I went on Friday at 11:00 am, there was a man in the front with a baby. I gave the man my receipt that clearly said Friday, with no specific time indicated. He went into the back(leaving me in the front with the baby, who was crying and screaming) and then returned with another woman who told me that I am too early and that I needed to come back after 5. There was not apology for being late, and instead it was as if I was early even though again there was not mention of a time on the receipt and also the man when I dropped off the dress said that it would be ready on Thursday after 5. Finally, I pick up my dress on Friday later in the day and realize that they have put two safety pins into the dress to hang it up on the hanger — on a silk dress!

This dry cleaners is the bomb and saved my behind when 3 other places around the Redlands area wouldn’t. Bring your clothes here!

Slow and pricey. Customer service is poor. Workers appear high or that you have awoken them from a nap. The female wears no shoes and cannot speak or understand English.

I’ve used these guys for years. They offer a very convenient pick up and drop off service.

I live nowhere near this area. I was out this way for work purposes and knew I would be out here all day. I ended up spilling a drink over an expensive jacket I was wearing and needed it to be cleaned before any stains formed. I dropped it off here as it was the closest dry cleaners to my location based on the mobile Unilocal app. They said they could do same day turn around although it was a little more expensive. I picked it up that evening before close and the jacket was flawless. They were friendly, got the job done, and it was inexpensive.
