Came to Eric after getting an awful cut elsewhere. Eric laced me up, properly. Gave me the style that I had in mind. The style that the other useless barber couldn’t do. I finally found myself a barber. Eric, you are it!

It depends of who will serve you. Eric is a great master and does amazing haircuts. But his associates are far from it — doing regular cuts without any hint of design. So if you can make appointments with Eric you will be fine. Otherwise turn around and leave — there are better barber shops in area.

What kind of a business plan lets you refuse customers because you are on your last appointment and don’t have time to do another haircut and not tell me until 10 mins after getting there. Would have been my first time going there but after this experience you would lose a future customer

I went there thinking you guys did straight shave this morning, barber there said you don’t old pictures on Unilocal.Would be nice if you guys could update them

Dont recommend if you want a styled cut if you want to look like you fit in on the streets of san B, then yeah go for it. Ahhhh my mistake 2 weeks until it grows out

Hour plus wait the girl working said appointment go first last minute. Should of told me that when I walked in. Not cool at all never ever in the entire I.E. have I ever waited this long. She rather talk to her customers she personally knows then finish a cut. Slow. Slow… slow!!!Based of the reviews I had high expectations. wrong will never return. One dollar sign $ 16 false should be two $$.

I drive 45 minutes to get a haircut from Eric. My haircut is pretty easy – however I refuse to go anywhere else. Beats 2% barbershop in Victoria gardens for sure. The atmosphere is relaxing and the cuts aren’t expensive. Call him a 100x until he answers

I have been coming to this barbershop for nearly 2 years now; the shop has gone through a few changes but the atmosphere is always inviting. Eric makes a point to greet every customer and gives an estimated waiting time. I personally see Eric and his mom for my haircuts; they both do an excellent job. The price for the haircut is cheaper than it really should be.

First time @ Erics shop. Great service super friendly staff I’ll definitely be coming back.

Terrible barber shop. Went in today for a beard trim and shave. I was assisted by a woman that works there. The beard trim was fine but when she shaved my face with the straight razor she stated that my face was a little sensitive and it was a little red. When I got to my car I noticed that she had actually cut my face in several spots and drew blood. Beware of going to this spot. Ill never go there again. She could have at least been honest about what she had done.

The shop is very clean all the time. They have good vibes when you walk into this shop. Very updated quality tools used to cut your hair. The customer service is excellent, I cannot stress how good they are with their clients. They know many different styles, just tell them what you want and they can make it happen. The pricing in this shop is very competitive as I find this shop has lower prices than other shops. I would definitely stop in if your in the area. I first discovered this shop when I was at another shop nearby and they messed up my haircut and I came to Eric’s Barbershop to fix the problem. I been a customer ever since.

It was my first time taking my kids here. Jessica did a great job on my boys’ hair. My 5-​year-​old is fairly easy, but my 7-​year old has beautiful, thick hair. It’s rare for him to get a good cut. Usually he ends up with a bowl cut. Thanks!

Eric is a straight picaro. He gives the most fire cuts in Redlands makes the entire experience of receiving a haircut extremely comfortable. This is the ONLY barber shop I go to now.

The first cut I got from Eric wasn’t bad. The place was clean, everyone was friendly and I was a happy camper. The second trip I made an appointment in advance. Eric texted me the morning of my appointment and told me he had to change it so he could watch a soccer game. Hmmm, ok I guess I could be ok with that. So I came in earlier. However, once in the chair he quickly worked on my hair and disregarded what I was asking for him to do. I pulled up some pics on my phone but he said to bring some pics in next time. I had them right there with me. But he was too focused on watching the game, which was still an hour and a half from then. So, he chopped my hair up badly and rushed me through. I asked him to fix it and he shrugged it off and away I was sent. I texted him after to tell him I wouldn’t be back and his response was ‘sorry finding a barber is sometimes difficult’. Can you believe it?! That was it. Needless to say, I’ll never be going back to this barber shop again.

Absolutely the MOST AMAZING experience EVER… went in for a shave by «JAMES» which my wife booked for me for xmas :) and 2 hours later and a facial, shave and experience of a lifetime I am truly a customer forever! Thank You James for your gifted hands. well worth every penny and wait!..**will recommend**
