Domino’s Pizza

Visited this Domino’s for the first time. Location is good and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I have to admit, I did not check the pizza before I left or I would have asked them to remake the pizza. Pizza was dry, looked like no sauce or cheese, although crust had a good flavor.

I’ve honestly never had a good experience with these people. They either get my order wrong or when I have concerns they do not handle then like a legit business. They are extremely unprofessional. Toni the «manager» is childish and does not understand her position. It is close to my home that is the reason I chose them. But honestly. They are not worth the convenience.

I ordered pizza from this place and Steven Garcia delivered my pizza. I have to say his enthusiasm and love of life makes him one of the best delivery guys I have ever dealt with. Take care of this stellar employee.

Okay, so after writing my review Connie the manager changed her mind. I got a new fresh pizza as I ordered as well as I got my money back for the entire order. She did right by me as a dissatisfied customer. However, I should have gotten that right off the bat when my pizza came with meat.
I must recommend the fiery Hawaiian for anyone who like a spicy pizza. It was amazing. As a vegetarian I ordered no meat and substituted onion and green peppers for the meats. Way delicious! It’s a must try!

Poor dominoes lots of bad reviews. I’ve only had good experiences with this story, so mabey they took some of the negative reviews to heart and improved.

I’ve gotten pizza from this location over 10 times and the pizzas have been both top quality and consistently delicious. Ordering off the app is also extremely convenient. Great service as well.

When I was a kid we had a Dominos store in the area that consistently won awards for his work from corporate until he closed shop — it’s a tough act to beat. This shop, while not quite hitting that nostalgia on the head, still has good pizza and I love the occasional indulgence.

I get it. Long day, kids wearing you out, too tired to cook. Pizza sounds awesome.
I used to get the pizzas delivered from this location. From what I remember, sometimes I’d get it within 30 minutes. On busy nights, maybe 45 minutes to an hour? (They’d warn us if it’d take that long.) It eventually got to the point where I felt I was hemorrhaging money with the delivery fee, the tip, and the mark-​up on a 2-​liter bottle of soda ($ 2.99 each). I switched to carryout instead. MUCH BETTER. Just order online (double check with
for any coupon codes), stop by the grocery store en route (Albertsons will sell 4 2-​liter bottles for 99 cents each), and pick up your pizza. Head home and reap the savings. (And maybe hide the extra soda bottles for yourself.)

I am a very picky customer and for the past two years, this place gets it right without a hitch. Fast delivery too!

i was wondering why there isnt a single Dominos in my city that will deliver to my address. There are multiple restaurants, some within 5 miles. (this one 1.4miles) They used to. I was told by a restaurant employee when i called, that Dominos Corp. refuses to let them deliver due to a turf war of sort between Redlands and Mentone. i’d be interested in an explanation of Dominos reasoning behind its decision not to let its restaurants deliver to my address.

After 1.5 hours of no food and starving kids I finally call them to ask about my oder «Sorry we got slammed» — that was about all the empathy I got. How about you call someone if there is an issue that’s going to delay the delivery. My kids were starving and I was in a bind and needed delivery asap.

This places messed up my order it took for ever and when i called tp complain the girl on the phone was so rude i will never go here again

This establishment does not actually use food safety gloves. The person making the pizza in the back just uses his hands. Now I can’t say that this is a problem except that I am unsure of where his hands have been. Please don’t go here if you want sanitary food.

I would leave negative stars if possible. Ordered online. Missed first delivery. Got it on the second run. The order was perfect. Delivery guy said he rang the doorbell and knocked and called. FAIL. He didn’t. Our dog goes nuts whenever the doorbell is rung. Had to eat cold pizza. Left a negative review on their website and they called within minutes blaming us stating the pizzas would be hot if there was somebody there to get the order. I hung up. I condemn any business that blames the customer for their mess up. Contacted their corporate office view email. FAIL. I will remain a loyal Papa John’s customer. FAIL.

The pizza is amazing! I love how they have changed their receipi.
The store itsself though is beyond a mess. In the past year we have received $ 102.84 in free pizza because nearly every time we have ordered, something is wrong with the order or it takes an hour and a half to get here. You would think we would have learned our lesson after the 3^rd time it happened, but we really do like the pizza.
Last nights incident it what finally made me write a review. We live in a gated community with a pedestrian gate that is right next to our house. We waited and waited for our pizza, finally an hour later I called the store only to be told that the driver could not get in and brought our pizza back. Did the store contact us? no! Did the driver contact us? No! So then we were told they would credit all our money back and remake our order and send it out again. Fine. Whatever.
The delivery driver calls this time and has to be given exact directions to our unit. I have NEVER had to explain to anybody delivering food to our house how to get here. It is a popular complex. Sooo We finally get our pizzas over 2 hours later, and when we go to open the box of one of the pizzas, it is the WRONG pizza… IT was covered in Mushrooms. We have a Mushroom allergy in this house. I immediately called the store again, and instead of offering to send out another pizza, she just put a free medium pizza on my account.
Needless to say, we had 1 medium pizza to feed a family of 5. I will NEVER order from them again unless we are in the area and can do a pick-​up.

A lot better than I expected! ordered a medium pepperoni w/​thin crust, medium peperoni and onion regular crust and bone in chicken wings. My thin crust pizza was very good, the outside slices were crispy and it was cut into squares, which I love! Didn’t care for the wings or the other crust but the thing crust was good enough to order again! And for $ 5.99 each!!! whooo hooo!!!
