I went in on a Saturday morning after I realized I did not have a great outfit to an event my husband and I were attending that afternoon. The clerk was so gracious and helpful. I just can’t say enough how much personal attention she gave me and we put together the perfect attire for the event. The prices are wonderful and the quality very good. Nothing like it around! I will be back!

I love Devi’s. The store is downtown Redlands and has a really nice «vibe» to it. The sales assistants are very nice and friendly, but not pushy. The choice of clothing is excellent and so are the accessories. Also, the prices are reasonable. My husband always buys gifts for me all the female relatives (3 daughter-​in laws) at birthdays and Christmas. He likes it because they are very helpful.

Devi’s is the bomb. I’ve been shopping there for 3 or 4 years the last two almost exclusively. I swear half my closet is from Devi. The clothes are unique and colorful and wrinkle free — wash & wear clothes how great is that?

This boutique is a BLAST. The merchandise is very fun. I have shopped at this store periodically, over the course of the past 3 years. Something always catches my eye and I always go home with something. My most recent visit was quite the experience. The sales woman, Sherri, was such a burst of energy, my kind of people. Very helpful and versatile when sharing her fashionista expertise. I found a particular style that I search high and low for, and can never find in this local area. And at fair prices. It is definitely a gem of a place and I plan on frequenting the store more often and becoming a regular.

Anyone shopping in downtown Redlands needs to stop by Devis clothing on state street. They have a variety of apparel including accessories and handbags as well as other seasonal items that are not only unique, but you cant find anything like their selection any where else! So if you’re looking to find that special one of a kind item, you are sure to find it there. Their associates are not only helpful, they always welcome you with a warm smile and they take pride in providing a family atmosphere. Devi also has great deals and I can assure you that your shopping experience there will keep you coming back time and time again! I often enjoy strolling around the downtown shops and I had never been in this one. I couldn’t exactly tell what they sold, but there was a sale rack of summer dresses (beach cover up type, scrunchy top) out front and I stopped to look. I had time to step inside and whoa. Just whoa.
If you can imagine a juniors department and menopause having a party, this is the party. I am still confused. If you are a spunky, petite 40 something woman, this might be the perfect place for you.
It is made up of foreign made clothes (a bit pricey for Forever 21 quality) and admittedly beautifully sparkly hair clips and costume jewelry (reminding me of an Asian night market). Polyester suits, maxi skirts in wild prints, faux leather handbags and bedazzled and studded accouterments are plentiful.
I didn’t find anything enticing the day I popped in, but I did overhear that they will be getting fall season stuff in shortly. That does have me curious… in an odd way.
This would be a good place to pick up a quirky scarf or some vacation wear. Stay away from pants here, they look cheap, feel cheap but are not cheap to buy.
The saleswoman was very nice, bonus star for that.

Sadly after my child died at 12 days I came over to feel the happy atmosphere and unfortunately the owner kicked me out after coming faithfully for over 5 years. I even wanted to speak about volunteering as I am a nurse and was so hurt that I couldn’t nor needed to work at the time until the horrible call from the owner (I retired at 29). I even referred head of hospitals, ceo’s, and other fellow nurses as i thought they were great until this horrible experience. I hope no one goes through this type of horrible experience. I was crying so much that my CEO/​head of departments Friends boycotted the place. I would go in to offer help and buy things unneeded as I thought they needed the help when the horrible call occurred. She even said «I really don’t want to loose your business!» because I referred so many wealthy people who simply loved and trusted my and my father who is a pastor’s judgement. Anyways, I hope they are well but I will never go back nor my family and our friends who are the 1% of the population. :’(

This place is great! All the employees are so friendly and amazing. They have such cute quality products from amazing prices. If your in town you must stop by!

I absolutely love this place. I walked in not realizing that something was missing. That something was a lovely red skirt. I mentioned that I loved the colors and variety, but that I was on a shopping diet til I shed some of the fluff I’d gained due to school & work. Devi quickly ran over to a rack and pulled this form fitting red skirt. She demonstrated that it is a skirt or dress and that it could shrink with me due to the material. I was hesitant, but hey I gave it a go and was pleasantly surprised. The skirt looks amazing! I walked out with a cute bag & skirt for under $ 30, and I met two lovely ladies. I’m going to be keeping tabs on Facebook for sales & new items.

I really can’t say enough good things in this update… but I’ll certainly try. Since my last review awhile back, the wife and I have been here many times and have had more opportunities to peruse their selections and get to know the various employees. There are a few things we’ve found here that have stood out…
First — The employees are just wonderful. From Devi herself to everyone who works for her. They are friendly, helpful, always smiling and happy to make suggestions on clothes and accessories and the like. I *really* appreciate that, even for an obvious «chick store», they don’t make the Husbands/​boyfriends/​misc. men feel unwelcome. They girls here are always willing to chat the guys up and engage them in helping select ensembles for their significant others. Aaaaand… if the guy just wants to relax. there’s the «husband couch» which has been mentioned before. And I’ll tell you from experience. Its comfy!!!
Second — The prices. Now I will grant you; you are not going to find the same kinds of low prices here that you would at, say, Ross Dress For Less. However, the items here are of a much higher quality. That being said — the prices here vary. Customers with just about any and every budget can find all kinds of fun things here. From simple to fancy to ooooh la la — when it comes to clothes and fashion accessories here. They also have sidewalk sales which my wife can attest to is a source of some fantastic finds.
Third — And we just recently discovered this… they have LAYAWAY! YEA BABY! So even their pricier stuff can still be within reach of more modest budgets! *Does the Snoopy Dance of Joy*
So really… guys? You want to make your ladies happy? Set aside a little room on your credit card and take her here. You’ll be happy you did. And if you get too bored, go around the corner to Augie’s and have a latte or a cappuccino.
