Ok so they’re pretty damn slow, but the food is always fresh, hot, and accurate. The workers are generally pretty nice, too. And come on, how can you resist those fries?!

This location was the absolute worst! Burger was ice cold, fries tasted like they were a week old, the staff was rude, they over charged me and to top it off, they refused to give me my change back!
Three written complaints to corporate and four or five phone calls over a four month period produced 2 coupons for a small combo. Since I will never go to this location again and all other locations are not worth the drive, I threw the coupons in the trash.
I did get a chuckle out of one of their website addresses: Rally Sham

This place was nasty! Never ever going to come here again. The manager is not friendly at all and looks so unprofessional! DO NOT COME HERE!

Don’t use your debit card here. One of their employees stole my debit card number and created their own card and then helped themselves to my money. I have went to corporate and will be following up with them. The police and the bank are also investigating. If you go here, USE CASH! Gotta love the Detroit area.
