As a first time buyer you really don’t have any idea of hardwood/​laminate and it can be a little bit stressful trying to understand all things around getting new floor.
The sales guys in the store (all of them), the coordinator and installation team were very helpful and patient all the time with my questions and concerns with very nice attitude.
The material delivery and installation was on time with the quality I expect.
The guys at the store never hurry me, even when they have more clients, honestly they will
Make you walk of the store with a smile and you will keep that smile once your floor project is done.

I bought some laminate flooring yesterday, the warehouse guy gave me the wrong flooring.
When I went in today I was told that the floor I originally purchased was NOT IN STOCK.
The manager said that the salesman was new, and he made a mistake.
I asked for a refund, and they said they only refund by corporate check in the mail.
I told him that this mistake was caused by them, and that I needed my customers money back to get different flooring.
He started to snicker and said sorry. All he could do was refund by mail.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! They do not stand behind there product, and the customer service reps. are smug.
I WILL NEVER SHOP, OR RECOMMEND LUMBER LIQUIDATORS TO ANYONE AGAIN.

This was a project that began 9⁄24 and ended 11⁄2 to replace floors. I was extremely disappointed. The space was only 622 sq feet. The staff will sell you anything. The random installers were just as frustrated as I was with the the lack of direction, committment and leadership from the Redford store.
I can’t recommend this company to anyone in good faith. Definitely not the Redford store.
