Trinity Termite & Pest Control

So let me start by telling you about the situation I was in because I think for someone searching for a reputable company to do similar work it will help to know. I bought a house AS-​IS the house was built in 1953 and had been a rental for the past twenty years so I knew issues were present. Steve from Trinity came out and inspected and gave me a report that showed wood beetle damage and some dry rot damage due to the lack of property maintenance.
I called Trinity once I had the keys and made arrangements to get the work done before I moved in. They managed to work me into the schedule quickly and started working on my house right away. I was living at my old house in Jones valley and was very hard to reach at times due to lack of cell signal and internet where I was moving from. They were very patient and understanding.
The three gentlemen that came to work on my house Jimmy, Willie and Forrest worked hard, were always polite and never complained about my overly affectionate Rack Russell Terrier getting in their way. They worked quickly and kept me informed when additional issues were found and showed me the issues and discussed my options to fix them.
Ultimately they cleared my pest problem and repaired all the damaged structure and even installed two new doors for me after I asked them if they could since we needed repairs around those doors.
One more thing I want to mention is the contract that they sent me. It’s worded according to state regulations but not knowing this when I read it I felt vulnerable to being stuck with possible subcontractor bills. I felt this way due to the way the state required wording is done. The folks at Trinity Termite and Pest Control do their own work. No subcontractor to worry about not being paid by them. I was told that if a subcontractor had to be called in for some reason the customer would be notified, I was also told this would be rare if ever needed.
My experience with the folks at Trinity Termite was a pleasant one. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control. Their guys Jimmy, Willie and Forrest worked so hard to make sure all the work was done right, looked good and worked as fast as they could ultimately saving me several hundred dollars below the estimate they had originally gave me and more importantly I feel I got what I paid for.

So far I love her and I love that their is no contact. And the fee is very reasonable!

I have been a land lord in Redding for more than 40 years, and have bought or sold more that 30 properties over the years. Trinity Termite has done the inspection on the last 2 homes I have sold. The last one, they charged $ 125 for inspection this includes checking the entire house for problems, writing a report, and giving an estimate for repairs (no small job). They found a couple of small problems and ask $ 500 for repairs. I opted to have a licensed contractor do the repairs which cost me less than $ 300. We then needed Trinity Termite to sign off on the work, an inspection that took less then 2 minutes, for which they charged me $ 125. The house is less then one mile from the office… the charge was an outrage at best… I called the owner 3 times to question the over charge… he still hasn’t returned the calls… It has been several months… I highly recommend finding a more reasonable company…

Shawn’s always friendly and smiling when she comes by for monthly spray treatment. Trinity is much better than the other big name company having a 1 800 number switchboard pushing me around like cattle. I have to say I would have never expected to get that good of customer service and genuine willingness to help.

dont be a fool, stay away from these guys, they do poor work and are a ripoff, dont be fooled. YOU WERE WARNED…

After having rented our house out for 10 years we decided it was time for us to move in. It seemed every day turned up more spiders and other little pests. Shawn showed up and sprayed inside and out. We still saw critters so we called back and spoke to Shawn. She said that we did have a pretty bad infestation so she would come back and spray the subfloor as well. She did, and at no additional cost!!! No critters since. Thanks Shawn for ridding our place of Brown House Spiders and a few random Brown Recluse!!! We will be calling back to keep them away…

Just wanted to say thank you to Shawn for doing a great job! I have a property management company and I appreciate her prompt & professional service. The tenants have nothing but compliments and haven’t had to call her back. Definitely a quality job!

Wow I can not say enough good stuff about this company! I recently moved to Redding and had never encountered ants and spiders to this magnitude. I tried myself to eliminate the problem. But the ants were out of control. My wife had definitely had enough they were going after everything in our kitchen and bathrooms. So I called Trinity and made an appointment. They came out and were on time, super professional and super nice. They went through the house with me then got to work. For a couple days after we found lots of dead ants that had come out of the walls and tried to cross the line of their spray (but were stopped dead in their tracks). But after that I don’t think I have seen an ant since and it has been like a month and a half. Great company that is super professional, very very effective and has good prices.
