One star for this place me my aunt and my little cousin had stopped to get food here and the lady was so rude, we only ordered a few things and she was just so rude I couldn’t believe it, we proceeded to tell her that we no longer wanted to order and she continued to still be rude. Do not get food from here.

I go to this location often and I enjoy the food. The service is good. The staff is friendly they say have a good day and smile. The seating area is clean and the soda machines are always wiped down and stalked.

The food was terrible, the service was below average. Just watching from behind the counter I could see why the customer service is below what it should be. It was because of a guy named Nick, who I could only assume was the store owner. The guy had a constant look of seriousness that had everyone working with him on edge.
He was constantly barking at everyone and regaurdless of their attempts to keep up he just never seemed satisfied. I know the reviews on here are typically for food and service, but i just want to point out that this place needs some new management if the employees here are just shy of being beaten into following orders. Maybe if they make an improvement here then everything else will get better, but until then. I will never be returning to this location.

I was there today and I ordered my food turned around to fill up my cup with Baja Blast and I didn’t even get my cup filled when they called my order number! Quick service. But they do tend to have debit card issues with there machine but not today.

Ok what the hell is this? I go in for the $ 5 Cheesy Double Decker Box I’ve been seeing on TV for the past few weeks, and it’s $ 6? That is robbery. Yeah it’s $ 1 but that could buy you like two tacos or an extra burrito.
Also? The taco shells in my Double Decker and my Crunchy Taco were stale. Really? So I paid $ 1 more for stale food? And the cinnamon twists were flavorless! They should taste like cinnamon, HELLO!
I’m typically pretty easy to please when it comes to crappy Mexican food but I was incredibly disappointed in this Taco Bell. Should have gone to the Wendy’s next door!

Store: 1 608, Date: 11÷28÷10, Time: 12:33pm, Order: 419, Register: 5… This location does not substitute meat for beans, they charged us an extra $ 1.80 on our meal to remove the beef/​murder and replace it with beans/​compassion. LAME! Plus our super large soda was 95% ice. Next time I’m hungry on a road trip I’ll be sure to wait patiently till the next exit.

Just like any Taco Bell. Realized at this location that they don’t serve coffee. I guess their food doesn’t really go with coffee… The cashier was really friendly, a teenager but helpful. I think she could get a better paying job with her personality… at least a serving job.
