Waited 40 mins to get a haircut, could have moved much faster with 3 employees. One employee was flirting with the customer, giggling and threatening to «tell his wife», and took almost an hour for a simple cut and style because she was so busy flirting. They were either having an affair or going to, so unprofessional. And when I called the manager to complain — she IS the manager! I’m all for having a good time while working, but don’t be obviously cheating on your husband in front of customers, don’t do your friends’ hair as soon as they walk in when customers have been waiting, and keep it moving while people are waiting.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. My brother went in for a high and tight he came out with a zigzag and patches of hair in the shaved part completely missed. Worse haircut we’ve ever seen. The girl who did his hair has no business cutting hair at all.

Excellent service, staff is a pleasure to talk with. Management and training program is obviously outstanding. Thank you SuperCuts!

HORRIBLE. My husband and I walked in, not one person waiting for a cut…4 stylists standing at the register talking to one customer. No one took us back or acknowledged us for that matter. My husband stood there for a few minutes and we finally walked out. Unbelievably rude and for some reason they had the great cranked up very high. It was unbearable. Won’t ever go back.

My husband and I were looking for a place for his quick hair cut. We brought our 3 year old with us since it wasnt going to be very long. The two workers were very rude. The girl cutting his hair did not show any good customer service at all, instead she was talking to the other worker’s customer. She cut his hair wrong, he wanted a 5 clip on the sides and sissor cut on top with a fade. He ended up getting a bull cut. This isnt the first time, we have had problems with this place. They werent child friendly, and rude when my daughter was walking around the lobby. We are never going here again.

I only get my bangs cut and the girl did them the way I wanted for cheap($ 5). Their visa machine was down and they offered to write it off but I dug out change I had, hate taking things for free when done right. The girls there were VERY nice and helped me out with my toddler daughters hair, I was tempted to cut it but they showed me a nice way to put it up with no charge. I’ll be going back for sure since the other places in town want about $ 10 just for a bang cut.

With two Redding locations, you get some decent flexibility while trying to slide in for a quick haircut. This review is pretty easy… 1. Out of every 5 haircuts, you will likely get 3 that you really enjoy, 1 that you’ll certainly tolerate, and 1 that will leave you saying WTH?!? 2. As a man, this is as good as it gets — on one side you’re stuck with the local barber who always smells like Old Spice and still drives a Nash Rambler; and on the other side you end up in a beauty salon where the vapors from nail epoxy leave you fantasizing about unicorns. I just want my hair cut, «it’s not rocket science» as my Missile Studies Professor used to say. 3. Prices are fair, not super cheap nor overly expensive — you’ll normally feel compelled to leave a gratuity. 4. Sometimes your kids will find a toy so ridiculously funny looking in the hamper/toy basket that your laughter will be worth the handi-wipes needed later. Enjoy!
