If this was just a review for Cheryl Wiley then it would be 4 stars. Cheryl Wiley is great. She will spend as much time with you as you need and answer any questions you may have. The only reason why she would get 4 stars and not 5 is because the waiting time can be very long at times.
The office staff is not very friendly. When I have to make a next appointment I feel as if I am interrupting her day. She doesn’t seems as if she has time to make my appointment. I thought that was her job so I am confused as to why her attitude is so bad. When you walk in they always have the window closed and you are required to sign in. I went in one day with new insurance and waited at the window for over 5 minutes with they receptionist saw me but continued what she was doing before attending to the window. Again I thought the receptionist’s job was to wait on patients that came in.
I ended up with an infection and needed antibiotics. I waited a week for them to call with my test results while I was uncomfortable due to the infection. I understand they were waiting on the lab but I didn’t think it would take a week to hear back from them. The other NP called me to give me my test results. While we were on the phone she asked if I had set up OB care with them yet. I was only 5 weeks pregnant. I had said no because I didn’t know if I was going to stay with them for my OB care. (Last time I had my baby I saw Dr. Serr once and then she preformed my c-​section. I didn’t want a doctor I barely knew to deliver my next baby.) They ask who I was thinking about going to and I answered. I said I hadn’t set up OB care with anyone and was only thinking about it because it was hard to leave Cheryl Wiley. We got off the phone. I called back because I was having spotting and wanted to know if it was due to the infection for possibly something else. I spoke with Erin and she said she would ask the NP. She called back and told me I needed to go to the ER or to the new doctor I was thinking about seeing. Since I hadn’t established care anywhere else and they were still my doctor I was confused as to why they told me this. Erin put the NP on the phone and told me she thought I was going somewhere else. I said I had told her I hadn’t set up care and they were my doctor so I was calling to see if they needed to see me or not and to see if the spotting was due to the infection. She said if I was spotting on the weekend or after hours then Erin did give me the correct information to go to the ER. Again I was confused because they were open. She said if I was having a miscarriage then there was nothing they could do and she did not have a friendly attitude. At this point I am steaming mad because what mother wants to hear that from her doctor. The ER is not meant for a doctors office. It is meant for emergencies. If it was the weekend and I was concerned don’t you think I would have gone to the ER. So basically they refused to see me even though they were my doctor still. Needless to say I will never step foot back in their office again.

Dr. Serr and all of staff are wonderful. I’ve been a patient at her office for a couple years now and everyone is always very friendly. They make you feel as comfortably as possible for an uncomfortable appointment.

I have going to dr. Serr office for 14 yrs. they delivered my first baby 14 yes ago and just had my second one almost a yr ago. The office staff is friendly and don’t mess around. They get you in when you need to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serr for the past 15 years. She has taken care of my annual exams and delivered both my daughters with enthusiasm and went above and beyond. Her care is professional and efficient, her staff are great, she is always on time and her hands are small!!! Doesn’t get any better!!!

I have seen Dr. Serr for my prenatal care for my first child and I liked her very much. She was always cheerful, not an alarmist, and I always got my questions answered. Very nice office and nice staff.
