Razzlicious

As soon as we walked in there’s this white skinny girl with a tattoo on her arms said have you been here and me and my wife were thinking if we have been here before cos we go to so many different stores to eat frozen yogurt so we weren’t sure and plus we jus moved to redding and then my wife said yes after a pause and she said why are you givng me that weird look!!! We are like huh wat? Jeez we were thinking about your question before we answer and of course we have to look at her face to answer and she got mad and went in the back shaking her head and me and my wife were like what did we do? We didn’t do anything, all we did was pause for awhile and answer and she got mad, btw we are customer and u are employee there so that’s not how you treat a customer, after that we paid her and she seems still mad so I told her we were thinking before we give you answer right away and she still seems mad for no reason, I don’t know if that’s some racist shit going on or I don’t know, we left right away and that’s it we will never go back ther again, secondly it’s not selling by weight so we don’t eat much and it’s not even half cup full but ended up paying $ 12 so it’s pricey and the customer service disappointed us and we will never go there again. Oh I forgot onething, no ones at the cashier counter first of all she kept disappearing and not to mention she was rude disrespectful and bad attitude.

The yogurt was just ok. The fruit selection wasn’t very good. I had the tart yogurt and boysenberries. They don’t do it by weight which is a bummer rather pay for what I get.

Way overpriced. I wish they did by weight. My kids don’t eat $ 4 worth of yogurt. Or even had like a $ 2 cup for kids. 2 kids is $ 8 bucks! Plus if you eat inside you pay tax! Lame. The girl at the counter was very rude and acted like she was put out. Not to mention they guard the spoons with their life. One spoon per paid cup! Now I remember why I don’t go here. I asked if I can buy a brownie and girl at counter said «ya. Not gonna happen» okay… sorry I asked. Stickin with Spoon me sorry Razz!

Went in and the cashier wasn’t even in the lobby the first 5 min we were there. We could have just walked out. Im not very patient when it comes to bad service. But anyway, the cashier was walking around on her phone, constantly going into the back for whatever… I went Jan 13 at 4 pm. There was barely any fresh fruit, they had blackberries and mango but they were all smashed and discolored. I’ve definitely been to better yogurt shops.

My first time to Razzlicious and it was delicious. :-) Rory was the person behind the counter and he was courteous… helpful and kept the place immacuate. I was impressed with the appearance and also the taste of the yogurt. YUMMMMM

Unlike other frozen yogurt shops in town this one charges by the cup. That means one price and filler up to the brim.
Eating in you pay taxes.
