I had made an appointment, however she had a accident and was unable to work. The two on were able to switch another client and I around and I was able to get the perm. Very nice Stylist and with little to work with she did a nice job. Thought it was a little pricey for so little hair, but … Will post again after a few days and time to work with it and see how it stays.

Went in put my name down «it will just be 5 minutes,» they say so I nod. So I wait for 20 minutes while the three workers there blab among themselves snipping away at hair indiscriminately. After what appears to be a huge waste of time, one of the workers let’s her guy go and takes him to the cash register. By my standard his hair looks the same, short and neat, only now with gel. Then she kills 5 minutes asking him numerous questions including trying to get him to sign up for an email list. Each of which he promptly says in a louder «no» than the last question. So I smile, its my turn. My hair is pretty short but starting to grow out so I obviously just want a buzz and then I can go. Hope the wait was worth it.
«It’ll be a quick minute» she says and starts cleaning up. ok I’ve been waiting here for 30 minutes, I’ve got somewhere I need to be, but I wait. so she finishes and just as she’s about to pick me this woman walks in and they say «oh you called about the color?» The woman nods and then the two workers that are still blabbing away to the their guests say «take care of her first». there’s not appointment set, no name on the sheet. The only thing there is my name and the time I arrived. So the girl says «follow me» to the woman who just walked in.
I’m not one to cause a scene as I’m pretty easygoing, so I just crossed my name off the list and walked out the door. They knew what they did wrong, but if they didn’t then, then they know now. They’ve permanently lost my business.
