Wow… where to start… NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP! They had our motorcycle for more than four weeks – after promising the work would be completed in less than two weeks. Even worse, it didn’t work when we finally got it back. We took it to another shop and they had to take everything apart and replace the parts J&D replaced, because the mechanic messed them up when he tried to install them! The woman in the front office was incompetent and unprofessional and had a generally nasty demeanor. Ugh! What a terrible experience. This place is to be avoided at all costs.
