Interstate Battery

I just needed a battery for my SUV so I checked out this place on a recommendation from a friend. Great customer service. Very helpful staff. They switched out my old one in the middle of a rain storm and gave me a good deal. Totally impressed. Will definitely be going here for any further battery needs.

Came in looking for a deal on an Optima yellow top to enhance my sound system. After a little negotiation they met the online price I found, which was well below their selling price. the battery was also on a rebate, so I ended up with an awesome deal on an awesome battery! No more headlight dimming when the bass is turned up! They had my group size in stock which was great, and I found it was completely full when I went to top it off at home before installing. They take care of their stock and customers. Highly recommended.

Needed a special battery for some specialized equipment so I checked in here. I was surprised to find that they quite a few in stock… I almost always have to special order them. The counter guy Wayne is very knowledgeble and helpful. The crew that loaded my batteries was very pleasant, wish I could remember the gentleman’s name, very nice and efficient lugging those heavy things. Would have given 4 stars, but the store appears to need a few more employees, it was a bit hectic and they never called me when the rest of my batteries arrived (they did arrive the day after I ordered them and maybe I didn’t specify that I needed a call). I will definitely use this shop again next time in spite of those issues.
