Digger Bay Marina

Customer service is terrible. Called and was told they had a boat available. They took all my information and told someone from Bridge Bay would be calling to get payment information… Though it was weird but said ok! Waited for 5 hours and nobody called. Then tried calling Bridge Bay direct and there was NO boat available nor anything on my name. People were really rude on the phone and did nothing to help. I’d ask if there was anything else available and the girl who answered said she didn’t know and couldn’t give me any information and the people that knew wasn’t there at the time. Tried different extensions and everybody I spoke to was not able to help. Finally found another marina where people were very friendly and willing to help! Will NOT be renting from Digger Bay /​Bridge Bay again and suggest to stay away if you don’t want headaches.
