Excellent customer service ! We first went to SportsLTD — to rent a snowboard. The service lacked and we decided to try BoardMart. So happy we did ! The service was excellent, the prices were much better and everything we rented was great quality. I would definitely recommend BoardMart to all friends and family !!

We are from the Bay Area but love to check out skate shops all over, so we’ve been in here a couple times when we come to Redding.
My kids haven’t been in the market for boards when we come here, but we do find ourselves buying little things here and there. Cool bearings, Sanuk flip flops, belts, stickers, and that’s about it for us. They don’t have much in the way of clothing… well the clothing my kids like anyway… but they do have a nice selection of shoes and flip flops for both men and women.
This is just a basic board store. Nothing amazing. Staff seems knowledge.

The best customer service I’ve had in any skate shop. They have new merchandise arriving each week and the selection is always changing. If it’s not in stock, they can order it for you. Helpful staff offer suggestions and even build your board for no extra charge. I love supporting local businesses and boardmart is no exception.

Best board shop in Redding, wether looking for skateboard or snowboard equipment, this is the shop! Tim is knowledgable, helpful and patient, one of the best there is. Adrian also does a great job offering comprehensive technical advice and taking the time to explain why and what you need without being smug or pretentious.
The owners are also fantastic and it shows in the quality employees they have. If you want great products, fair prices and quality assistance look no further.

I went in yesterday to buy a pair of shoes with my son. I was greeted pleasantly upon entrance. There were two men working, and both were very kind and helpful. I also encountered a lady who came from the back of the store who asked if there was anything she could help me with (possibly the owner, as she peeked out a few times while we were doing the shoe shopping). This was my first time here and I would recommend friends to go here. Shopping was welcoming, employees seemed happy (which says a lot about management), and my son is very pleased with his new shoes. Of note: my child is a tween, which can be hard to shop for and/​or with. The gentleman seemed to do it with ease, and made sure all the «little things» were just right. Thank You!

Well this place is very customer oriented. I was very impressed with their level of service. The guy on the phone answered all my questions and even tried to send me to another shop that would be open when i needed them to be. I bought two pairs of bindings and a new vest for wakeboarding and he put them all on for me and even gave me some glue for the plastic that was coming up on my board ($ 4) But anyways, a good shop, with a good selection, all wrapped in good service.
