My Bank of America branch just closed and was sold to Redding Bank of Commerce. I did not switch my account because I wanted to see how it was. It has only been one week and I am quite dissatisfied with the costumer service I have received. I have interacted with the personnel at my branch and through the message feature on the mobile app, and the treatment has been subpar. I do not feel that the representatives are my advocates as a banking customer.

Things keep getting better. RBC now has remote deposits for consumer and business in their mobile app. I almost opened another account just so that I could keep doing banking while I’m going to be on an extended trip. Glad that I checked in with Chivvis at the Churn Creek branch before I did because that feature just became available just in time! Love this bank. They are all so competent, friendly and I see the same faces at the teller windows month after month so it seems like a decent place to work.
