Let me first say I have waited expectantly for several years for a Taco Bell to be conveniently located in my town. However, the one they built here is the worst I have ever been to. There is very little parking space (at a site that used to be a Pizza Hut with a ton of parking), and the inside has so little space that if it is busy you won’t have a place to sit down. There is a huge drive-​around for the drive-​thru that is taking up a ton of space, and when it –is– busy it takes forever to get thru because there’s 20 cars in line. The food is sloppily made, and almost every time I have ordered something there’s been ingredients missing. When they do have all the ingredients, it seems like they aren’t using the proper amounts. When I ordered a steak taco it literally had four small pieces of steak. The employees don’t care if they help their customers since I have waited 10 minutes before for service inside with no line. I am never going back.
