I’ve been to many Panda Express restaurants throughout Dallas and surrounding suburbs. Let me tell you, this PE has the freshest food of any I’ve tried. And anytime I’ve ordered something that needed to be cooked, they’ve always offered a free drink while I wait. I don’t mind, especially when it’s fresh.

Always have to wait for food to be prepared. .no matter what time you go there. And when cleaning around the food, the employees just let the towel touch the food and whatever else is near… disgusting.

I used to work here years ago, and I decided to eat here a couple weeks ago. I’ve always hated panda because it’s like a buffet. What I don’t get is why people complain about the food sitting out for so long, if you don’t like it tell them to make more it’s not that hard. There is a lot more workers than when I was working here, and management sucked. So saying that people are«trained better» is ridiculous because I would be the ONLY one doing drive thru, which included taking y’all’s order, calling out the food when we were running low, and fixing your meal in the to-go box. When it got busy it was HELL, but people are to selfish understand that there is more going on then what they think, and I actually did care when the orders were taking forever. Now they have at least 2 people working drive-thru, and I can tell that the way they were piling on the food that they don’t care about proportion sizes(for the calories on the website) or how much money they are wasting for the company. As a first job this place did suck especially the costumers, and as a restaurant panda express sucks, get some real Chinese food people because this place is definitely for the typical American who doesn’t know the difference between Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc.

It has improved a lot. Maybe they just needed more training. Their food is typical Panda Express now.

Hi everybody! Are any of you looking for… … a place in Red Oak to get mediocre Asian food… … where they are always out of what you want… … that is served to you by indifferent and sometimes even rude staff… … all while paying too much for it? Well then, this is the place for you!!! Enjoy!!!

If you decide to eat here, ALWAYS check your food before you leave the drive-through. :(You have been warned… The only reason this Panda location is getting 2 stars instead of 1 star is because I absolutely love Panda’s food in general, and they sometimes give you a free drink if they mess up your order or you have to wait awhile. But I’m not exaggerating when I say that EVERYSINGLETIME I’ve gone through the drive-thru at this location, they have messed up my order. Every.Single.Time. Whether it’s the wrong entrée, the wrong kind of rice, not including the number of sauces we requested… Something’s wrong. We’ve learned to check before we leave the parking lot or we’ll be inevitably sad when we get home. This last time was something special though… I noticed on the receipt that they had the wrong entrée down for one of our orders. I corrected the error and they gave us a free drink because we had to wait longer. Well, I foolishly figured I caught the error because SURELY they wouldn’t mess up an order twice in one trip. Right? Rightttt? Wrong. :( I got home and discovered I had fried rice instead of brown rice. Now, some of you reading this may be saying, «Ah, just eat the rice anyway!» But here’s the deal. I hate peas. Peas are yucky to me and fried rice is FULL of peas. So I had to drive back to get a new bowl. I got there and explained that I didn’t even realize the error until I got home and had to go all the way back. They replaced my food… But didn’t offer anything. Not a free drink, nothing. :(Yes, my husband had gotten a free drink 15 minutes earlier, but that was due to a different error. I’m not sure why they’re always running out of stuff and why the orders are always wrong. Maybe they are short-staffed. But I’m just not sure if I’ll be going back to this particular location. When you order bowls to go, it’s hard to open the bowl in your car and push the entrée around enough to inspect the rice below and make sure there are no dreaded peas hidden from your sight. This review ended up really long. :-/

Worst Panda I have ever been to. Food was cold and few entrees to choose from. As usual, the tea was«out of service». Very poorly managed.

Had a great experience dining here! Entrée was tasty and staff was friendly. I gave a 4-star rating because the spring rolls were a little mushy.

Paid over $ 7 for a Panda Bowl, something that I thought was Kid Sized. Paid $ 1 extra for the angus beef entrée, got like a spoon full of beef and that was it. If your idea of an adult sized entrée is a spoon full of beef then go pay $ 7 for it. Oh btw, the side that comes with your entrée is rice.
