Church’s Chicken

I gave the cashier the wrong debt card and it declined, and she told me they have a one card policy in the drive thru.
She said if I’d like to try another card I’d have to come inside. A few days later customer service called to apologize and offered to fill my order (forgot to mention it was pooring down rain so I drove somewhere else) the cashier that I had the incident with refused to fill the order until I explained why I called the corporate office instead of calling her store manager!
Then there was a 20 minute wait on chicken. They were waiting on another location to bring them and chicken.

This Church’s makes me sad. :(It’s part of a gas station, which made me want to skip it entirely, but my husband convinced me to try. Now we’ve been 3 separate times, but only got food there once. Why? Because they seem to never have their full menu. :-/
One time they ONLY had two chicken thighs left and some biscuits. I’m not exaggerating. Out of their ENTIRE menu, that was ALL they had left. I wanted chicken tenders — no go. My husband wanted four pieces of dark meat chicken. No go. Why? There were only TWO pieces of chicken left. For the rest of the day.
They never ever have chicken tenders when I go. And they almost never have spicy chicken. I don’t know if they don’t make it or if they just have a huge devoted fan following who takes a busload of people by every day, so they run out really fast.
The only reason this is getting 2 stars instead of 1 is because I love their honey biscuits. They always have those. Well, so far…
