Warners Moving and Storage

They made my move stress free. Would recommend Warner’s.

I wouldn’t trust these guys to move their own bowels.
Joe Glitz completely F’ed up our move. How do you miss putting a piano and a 50″ TV in your estimate?
We are moving cross country PA to CA coast. New job in CA advised us about road restrictions along the coast and that others had their trucks denied and had to unload and reload into smaller trucks $$$.
Repeatedly told Warner this and they assured us they knew about it. Until 4 days before I move when the driver wouldn’t take the job and left us scrambling to try and get our house and 3 vehicles rebooked. Not to mention our lease is up on our move out date and dealing with that too. Actually found less expensive car transport (C&W auto transport). Unfortunately the one other moving company in Harrisburg PA that goes to CA can’t pick up until Mid July. Warner has to warehouse the entire contents of our home until they can find a driver that knows how to get around NorCal roads and avoid restrictions. Thanks for the added stress Warner!
Update: they found a meth-​head to drive the truck. Had us sign papers saying our mattresses were soiled (they weren’t and two of the beds were only 2 months old!) and damaged and then didn’t put them in boxes like they were supposed to. since we paid for them. They didn’t bring the box for our flat screen TV like we ordered and the driver tried to convince me that whenever you move a plasma TV they don’t work so expect it to be broken. That TV has been to CO, AZ, and PA so why wouldn’t it work sending it to CA?
They dented our new washer and dryer. They asked for the moving kit since they are front loaders and then didn’t install it. They lost the legs to our piano, packed things they weren’t supposed to yet left a 50“x80″ oil painting in PA. ALL OF OUR CHINA IS BROKEN and yes it was properly packed.
I’m missing tools. If you value the contents of your home then don’t use this company!
Update 8÷1÷15 — they tried to circumvent the billing dept at my wife’s work (they are paying for move) and tried to bill the financial office for $ 21,000.00 when our quote is 16,000.00. It was caught and we are taking them to court. Good luck if you hire them!
Update 8÷12÷15 they won’t respond to the BBB. Atlas Corp Agent services contacted me. I hope they lose Atlas agent status.
