My grandma has an account there, and she occasionally heads in there to take care of account issues. The people there are nice and seem to take the time to talk out issues with their customer. The only problem I foresee, is their drive-up window isn’t really a drive-up window at all. They have no real window that allows their people to look out on the world. They do have a camera system set up that allows the user to see the person, while you still don’t see them. I personally wouldn’t use this bank, but, if the money is in it for her and she likes it, I seem to not be able to do anything about that. Change it so you can actually make REAL eye-contact with your customer. Cameras just aren’t enough!

Very friendly staffs. You can pretty much tell them your life story and they’ll be interested to hear about it and comment on it. They never make a mistake and their atm actually sucked in my card when i forgot to take it out from the slot so no one could steal it. High tech they are(in Yoda’s voice).
