We have a huge 15 yo in ground pool with an automatic push button cover. Literally no work all year. This year we had a bit of a problem with the water maintains it’s ph and chlorine stability. Since not wanting to run to Guitons, I thought I would give this place a try. First, Sat. Morning. I called and asked if they had a computerized water analysis system. ” yes, we do,“ I bring a quart of water down about 5 miles from my home. Granted, the place was packed with people getting chlorine as it was almost 110. Rare parking available. I goblin and am met by a couple of scraggy dogs that were trying to get between me and my cane.(MS) and 2 kids running here and there through the store. Owners kids. I asked about the analysis in which she takes the water behind the magic curtain to analyze. After a few, I wander back to see what’s spinning. She was using the everyday kit that we all use at home . Told me my PH was low and buy some of her stuff to raise it, problem solved. After 15 years of a huge pool, I can figure that out without her help. Suddenly the store got busy with more chlorine exchanges and dog and kids games. I asked her about the computerized water sample and was told she was«too busy» to do it now. She wasn’t 30 min prior when she first got the water. I really don’t believe they have a system. Since we don’t need any pool help and only on a every 15 run need assistance. I would say I won’t be back. Obviously run by a family. No problem with that. Making a living and working hard. Although I do have an issue with dogs and leashes lying in the middle of the floor and kids running everywhere. With my MS, if I were to fall, it could a big loss to me. Plus her. «business» is not ADA compliant. Not much else in town and they know it. But since I live north of town and use 4 bottles of Chlorine a year, I’ll stick to HD.
