Shimmer N Glow

My best friend and I wanted to be tan for her upcoming wedding, and we were lucky enough to have found Christine. I called, asked a few questions and she recommended a trial tan and (if we liked the results) another tan 2 – 3 days before the wedding. It was so easy to make an appointment, both times. She talked each of us through the whole process and made us comfortable. We went with the rapid spray tan — you can shower 3 – 4 hours after. Our tans looked great for the wedding and they appear to be fading naturally so far — not blotchy at all. Christine is great at what she does and you can tell she loves doing it! Pictures to come! this was my second time getting a spray tan — my first time with shimmer n glow.
all communication was very timely and thorough.
the person who came to give the spray tan was very sweet (ann/​annie?) and did a pretty good job. both my cousin and i had small problem areas:
— the tanner dried a little clumpy near her bikini line area — fortunately it wasn’t that noticeable.
— the hair net that was provided ended up leaving a line at the top of my forehead/​hairline. i didn’t use a hair net with the other place that i got a spray tan at so i didn’t even think about the possibility of that happening.
the only other thing that made this experience just «a-​ok» is that the website doesn’t specify the type of formula that’s being used. my first spray tan experience allowed me to choose between a light, medium or dark formula. shimmer n glow just has one formula that is dependent on how long you leave it on your body before you rinse it off. it ended up working out fine but i just wasn’t prepared for that.
i would use them again if i was in the area and needed another spray tan.

Christine is awesome! She has done her research and understands what color mixture would look best with a given skin tone. My rapid tan looked so natural and was evenly applied. It lasted about 10 days and was perfect for the NYE wedding I attended. Highly recommended over any salon with better results!!!

Christine is great! The tan looks natural, not streaky at all. She makes you feel super comfortable. The tan lasts about 7 – 10 days and fades naturally. Way way better than those spray tan booths.

I had an amazing experience at Shimmer N Glow! I have red hair and with that comes fair skin. Christine was extremely friendly, professional and made the entire process incredibly easy and straight forward. My results were incredible; the perfect shade that did not look unnatural in the least and was flawless throughout my entire body. If you are a person who is hesitant s out spray tanning, this place will completely change your outlook. I highly recommend and will be back several times through the summer.

I wanted to be tan but without the risk of cancer or being orange. Christine is tremendous at making it look so natural yet it is organic and smells like pineapple! I felt so comfortable with Christine. I will definitely being using Shimmer and Glow again!!!

Got a rapid spray tan from Christine on March 26^th and STILL love it!!! It looks SO natural! When I saw my fiancé, he thought I came back from Florida or something haha. Christine is super nice and easy to work with. She is my spray tan person from now on! I will definitely be recommending her to others.

As a first timer to spray tanning, I must say that my experience has been phenomenal! Professional, knowledgeable and quite a perfectionist! Christine is an artist and self-​tanner scientist all rolled into one! Love it and will definitely be using Shimmer and Glow again and again and again…

Love love love the results! I look so tan but it looks completely natural! And so convenient. Christine will come to you or you can go to her. Last summer I was in a wedding and a few days before she came over and sprayed the entire bridal party and the bride. The results were amazing, incredibly natural looking and didn’t bleed at all on our light dresses or the brides dress. I highly recommend not wasting your money anyplace else.
