DONOT call these Horrible robbing people for a cab. The owner of the company who is also the dispatcher is Arrogant Rudr Condescending and clearly has communication issues! Besides the fact because he thought I didn’t know any better charged me $ 15 for a trip I’ve paid $ 8 for only last week and the past 5yrs! When I called to ask why my ride was $ 15 he laughed at me and said oh I don’t know that’s what I decided to charge you. You could have paid $ 8. If you wanted to??? He then continued with his arrogant bad attitude and said Hey if you ever come by the office I’ll give you $ 20??? I have never experiences such a disgusting uncalled for attitude. UBER is the way to go in RedBank do not give these dishonest people your hard earned money!

I was yelled at by the woman dispatching cars. Wouldn’t let me finish speaking after she asked me a question. Absolutely the most rude person ever. Get an Über if you need a ride.

This was the worst experience in my life!!! Dont ever use them. I got a taxi from Red Bank station, the car was so filthy with some corn spill all over the back of the car. I said ok its just my ride to work didnt want to say anything. Then driver had guts to pick up one more lady without even asking me if I am ok with sharing a ride. When I reach my destination which is 3 miles away from train station he had the courage to charge me 11 dollars(which is compare with any other taxi the most expensive i got charged for this ride) . I called the company dispatcher to let them know what happened just so they will be aware of it .The person that pick up the phone«listen» to me and and had decency to hang up on me !!! Please dont ever use this Yellow car company !!!

Be careful with them. I called and asked how much it would cost for a trip from NJ to Staten Island and they told me $ 2.50 per mile and that, for example, the Outerbridge was $ 60 and the Verazzano was $ 100. They also told me that credit cards were ok. When I got into the car, the driver discouraged me from using a credit card, told me that it would be in excess of $ 100, and ‘asked’ if the people on the phone told me about the $ 17 zone fee(to come pick me up), that the tolls were extra on top of the driving fee, etc. I had my GPS with me and told him that the mileage indicated that even with these other fees the price would be below $ 100. The drive went smoothly after that and the price at the end was ok but … just be careful and ask EXACTLY how much it will cost you up front — the amount from your pickup to your destination, the zone fee, tolls, anything else.
