Very happy and relaxed here the steam was solid and a very smooth experience. The staff here is very accommodating bringing me tea and making sure I feel comfortable. I will recommend to family and friends to come here and relax.

We came here for my friends birthday. They were accommodating for our last minute scheduling and even call a therapist in so my friend and I could get our massage at the same time. The relaxation room was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub, and sauna to prepare for our massages. My massage therapist was Kendra and she has just the firm pressure that I love. Overall an excellent experience and I will be going back!

Lotus is a wonderful spa that is extremely accommodating! I was looking for a spa in Monmouth County to have a girls day/​birthday celebration at with 3 other girls and I found Lotus Health and Wellness Spa! What I was looking for in a spa particularly was that it not only had great services but also provided amenities such as a sauna, hot tub and steam room – Lotus has all three! I stopped by a few days before we wanted to have the girls day and the owner gave us a tour of their very impressive, yet intimate spa. She showed us the lockers where you change and get robes, the relax room with chaise lounge chairs, the room with the sauna, hot tub and steam room as well as the treatment rooms. The spa was the perfect size and setting to have the 4 of us girls so we decided to book it. The day we choose to go to the spa was on a Sunday and typically they only have one massage therapist in on Sundays but the owner was kind enough to bring another in for us.
Our spa day was excellent! The owner, Neelam, set us up light food and drinks (at an additional cost) which was great. With the two massage therapists in, two of us were able to get our massages while the other two enjoyed the amenities, and then we switched. The massages themselves were great as well, we all had 45 minute Swedish massages and the therapists (Jill and Kendra) were kind and were sure to ask if we had any pain and what our pressure preferences were. Overall it was a wonderful spa experience and I cannot wait to go back! Also compared to other spas in the area (ex. Woodhouse Day Spa and Ocean Place) the amenities here are excellent and the price is significantly less expensive. It came out to being only $ 85 per person for massages with the snacks and drinks provided plus we tipped $ 20 each. So for $ 105 total you can’t get a better deal for a massage and all the amenities provided anywhere else nearby! However, these prices may change monthly because the owner, Neelam, explained to us that she offers different specials every month and this month just happened to be 25% off services (the massages were $ 75 and the food was $ 10). Regardless of the specials, I can’t wait to go back!

I found Lotus through groupon. I purchased their laser hair removal.
While I can’t comment just yet if the treatment works/​worked (as I am in the process), I can comment on staff and facility.
Facility is beautiful. So clean. You are welcome to use the sauna? Whirlpool, etc at anytime prior to or after your appt if you are a client.
Staff is very friendly. And helpful.
They have many services available like massages and many for anti aging. I personally prefer the more natural holistic route but if you are into facials, Botox, and other things like that you should try Lotus.
