I used to shop in this store all the time. I recently purchased a bathing suit and didn’t actually put it in until this weekend. (Full disclosure I purchased it about 8 weeks ago and still had the tags and receipt)
I noticed at soon as I got to the beach a rip in bathing suite. Had it on for exactly 15 minutes. I called the store and sent them a picture explaining the situation. I was told that they can’t replace or exchange it and I should just bring it to tailor. Normally I would have just done that but the bathing suit was defective and I didn’t realize it at the time of purchase. They were not willing to work with me at all. Just thought you might want to know before you buy anything in that store. Keep in mind I have spent a lot of money in that shot prior to this incident. I will never buy anything in that store again and I will make sure everyone I know does the same. Very poor customer service.

Not just lingerie.
My first encounter with Femme was a pair of panties generously donated to all of the guests in a goodie bag at a local charity event. I liked them so much I went back for more. I was able to stock up on some basics but more importantly they carry a great selection of exercise clothes and activewear. I also picked up a bikini that is sexy but still beach club appropriate. The girls that work there helped me find the perfect fit.
Since I’ve started to shop at Femme I’ve been invited to their annual holiday party… This alone is worth shopping there for!
