I go here almost every weekend without fail and the food never gets old… Always super fresh and delicious at good price.

Stumbled upon this little gem while venturing through the farmer’s market. It’s a cute little place that has about 4 – 5 small tables. Very nice people. I’m a bit picky when it comes to Vietnamese food, letting be growing up with great Vietnamese cooks in the house so comparing Vietnamese food is easy. I’ve been here a few times and I’m happy I found the place. There’s a decent variety of food on the menu. I like their Phở, even though I’m not a big fan of Phở. It’s hard to find a place that makes good Phở! I absolutely love their pork hoagie. I’ve had the combination hoagie, but decided to try the pork. Oh. My. Goodness. It’s so good. I simply just asked what was good and picked whatever looked good in the pictures.

Excellent. Definitely feel that this is the best Vietnamese food in this area. Staff is always friendly and accommodating(even when they are closing down and you show up late because nothing but a house special Phở will do). My only wish is that it was available outside of farmers market hours. I would love to see a second location in the Mount Penn/Exeter area!!!

Deliciously fresh and full of flavors, Vietnamese Delights offers the best Asian cuisine around, hands down! The phở, shredded pork rolls, shrimp rolls and vermicelli are a few of my favorites, but I cannot imagine anything to be less than wonderful here. Everything is made from scratch and with lots of love… maybe that’s why I dine there weekly, and sometimes more. There’s something there for everyone. The owners are always there, preparing and serving their food, friendly as can be. Because they are located in the Fairgrounds Farmers Market of Reading PA, I take advantage of the many stands that are located there; sometimes I leave the market with enough food to feed a small army, while other times not so much… still, I know one thing that’s always in belly or in a bag to take home… some amazing food from Vietnamese Delights! Try it! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great food in an OK location. This place is located in a farmer’s market so just be prepared for the lack of atmosphere. That being said, the food is great and reasonably priced. The service is excellent and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this place and I hope they have much success and can someday open up in a nicer location.

This establishment is located in the Fairgrounds Farmers Markets which is unfortunate because the lack of ambiance takes away from the food which is good for its rural the location. The Phở and Vermicelli bowls were very good and generous portions. I had the house special vermicelli bowl and it had a pork roll, shredded pork, and chicken atop a bed of noodles lettuce and basil. The steamed spring rolls were good but overall I expected more house made sauces. The dipping sauce for the rolls was ok I have had much better. Overall ok the loud and busy market customers detracted from the overall experience.

We loved our dining experience at Vietnamese Delights. The location is small with around 54-seaters. Service is friendly and food is delicious. We ordered the beef phở and grilled chicken with broken rice. The phở soup base was fantastic with a healthy amount of beef. The veggie plate that came with it was fresh. We felt super satisfied and will make this a weekly place to visit.

Best phở in Berks County for sure. Shrimp rolls were fresh and flavorful, and I think that I could drink the hoisin peanut dipping sauce that it comes with on its own.

This place is inside the market and is only open during the times of the market. The Fairgrounds Farmers Market has many other options so you can eat here for dinner and shop for your food for the rest of the week or dessert. The phở was very good. Good noodles and good broth. The broth had more flavor than most out east. I tried the dry noodles with grilled pork and egg rolls. The port was really good. A great find during our trip, but limited hours.

Small place in the Fairgrounds Farmers Market is open from Thursday to Saturday. Good variety of Vietnamese food. Very tasty phở with chicken was a little short on chicken, but with alot of flavors and spices. Bowl was $ 8.25. They have their own seating area of about 6 or 7 tables. Large free parking area around the market.

Great local business and really good phở! Cheers to another visit when we’re back in the area. Phở: Best in the area and I would give it a solid 4 stars. Service: Really friendly staff and a young business owner that really puts her heart into both the service and the food.

I love this place. Vietnamese is one of my favorite cuisines but I noticed that in the Reading area, it can be a bit pricey. I lived in Philly when i had my food revelation and I got to experience their wonderful options which varied a lot in price range. I was really happy to find a place that is budget friendly and delicious. I’m a sucker for phở. Phở? Count me in. I’m partial to the beef phở, but they’re all fantastic. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They’re always willing to explain or elaborate if you ever have a question. If you’re at the market during peak hours you probably won’t be able to grab a seat because they only have a few tables. I always take my phở to go. They package everything up very conveniently and give you plenty of all the necessary fixin’s. I wish they had another location because you can only get your phở fix 3 days a week(thurs-sat).

They food is not a disappointment. The phở has strong flavors and all the yummy fixings. The bun mi is well put together. The spring rolls was rolled well and sauce tasted perfect. They did called the spring roll different. The customer service was outstanding! She was funny, kind and very happy with all their customers they had. I love the attention to details and great service. We come here every Friday when we can

Been looking for good Vietnamese food since moving from Philadelphia. A couple have popped up in the Reading Area, but, as it is in many cases, this ‘hole in the wall’ little café/stand is a hidden gem! If you are looking for authenticity, go here. You will not be disappointed!

The Fairgrounds Market has some pretty great places to eat, and Vietnamese Delights is at the top of my list! I’ve never had a bad dish yet and look forward to the weekly specials which are regularly updated via their Facebook page. My «go-to» dish is the house special Phó and Coconut Bubble Tea. If you’ve never tried Vietnamese food, do it NOW… and do it here!

Big Phở fan, actually that’s an understatement. I’m fairly new to Berks County and coming from NYC where you find many authentic Vietnamese restaurants, and finding this small gem inside the farmers market excited me ;) I’ve only had Phở at this location but I’m sure the rest of the menu won’t disappoint. I go to the farmers market at least 3x a month and always have phở, next time will try something new. Happy I found this place, thanks to Unilocal! F.I.Y –Cash only –Small about 5 tables.
