Fairway Palms

Just wanted to give a quick update! We ended up living here for a total of 4 years and really enjoyed it. The same things I said below still apply. If we hadn’t had to leave for family reasons we would still be living here.
The only negative thing I wanted to add was that after the new management took over they sort of slacked on repairs/​revamps around the complex. For example, the gym got broken into and it felt like it took them a few months to fix the door so it was closed that entire time. The complex has 2 gyms but still. Also, the spa was closed for a while too for repair or something and that took a very long time. The old management company worked much faster with these things. Other than that, this is a great complex and I’d recommend living here.
