My last review was more about the rape fees they charge and less about the service I got at the store. I’ve removed that review now. I’ve gone back to this store numours times and have been helped way beyond my expectations. I had a phone I no longer had service on and was trying to sell on criaglist. The store tech did a master reset on the phone for me to wipe all my personal data off. He didn’t have to do this but wanted to help anyway. I bought a new phone for my wife and the Manager personally took care of me. The swap took over 45mins because of all the data my wife had. He assisted other customers while we waiting but kept checking with me the entire time we waited.
I only go to this store when I need help now.
