Sonic Drive In

Really painful experience. We should have known it was going to be bad when we had to wait five minutes to even order. Then they didn’t have slushes. We ordered sweet tea with easy ice and got sweet tea with extra ice. When I asked them to correct it was told they might not be able to because they might not have more tea. Drinks they were out of, but attitude they have in spades. Seriously bad service.

I stopped in here twice today. Breakfast was okay. It was a quick breakfast and the service was good. I stopped in again in the afternoon because the boneless wings were half price. Mostly just chicken nuggets with better sauce. The island fire sauce was good, but the chicken was overcooked, and they forgot the ranch dip for my wife’s order. Service was okay. In a hurry it’s better than most of the other fast food options in Raton.

Issued my son a corn dog that looked like someone had smashed it. My cherry limeade was sprite with cherry flavoring. When I went back for my money the manager didn’t understand my problem. She brought me $ 1 for the corn dog and asked if that was enough. I told her that since I had to come back I wanted reimbursed. She came back with one more dollar instead of the reimbursement. I just left since I was tired. Worst Sonic experience in my life.

This particular Sonic was awful. No one knew what they were doing or if they could make changes to the menu items.

Outstanding service, they bent over backwards to accommodate my son ‘s food allergies.
