Veggie Calzone tasted like plastic.

Amazing food. Great prices! From the pizzas, to the pastas and calzones I’ve never had a bad meal from this place! Highly recommended

We’re not ordering from this place anymore. We order often enough from here and the last few months, but they’ve been bad lately. 3 different times now, they’ve either forgotten a drink or clearly put the wrong drink in the bag. The first time, I let it slide. The 2^nd time (the very next time), I made them aware and brought me the correct drink. Now, we’re at the 3^rd time and the driver said someone would come with the drink in 3 – 4 minutes… its been about 40 minutes now. At first, my fiancé called and they basically said «oh well». I called back and she offered to bring the $ 2 refund which is a bad business move.
Is it a huge deal? No, but it’s the principle. Who wants to eat their meal and then get their drink 40 mins later which has turned into not at all? Not to mention, they keep changing their food vendors to vendors that don’t taste good! We’re going back to Zorba’s down the street!

Best steak and cheese subs! Been ordering from this place 3years. Some great taste! Food always at a decent temperature l. Not to hot or cold. Employees are friendly and delivery is quick. Even the drivers are nice! My kids love their pizza!!!

Nice place. Average but Good my style pizza slices. The place could be a little cleaner but not too bad overall. Prices are little lower than average for most of the menu.

We used to order from here very frequently because of the boneless chicken and pizza, they used to really care about the quality of there food and their customer service, But lately they sound very stressed and the quality of their food has serious declined. The last 3 orders were bad. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from here going forward. So sad because they used to serve good food, were friendly and put their customers first.

There are two reasons as to why I did not give 5 stars is because customer service is poor & presentation of food I think could be better

Deliciously addictive pizza dough. Toppings need to be worked on (seems as though one slice gets all the deliciousness and the rest is scarce). Employees dont know the menu off the top of their head which resulted in the wrong pizza a couple times.
Good: delicious food. Nice staff
Bad: toppings need to be spread out. Staff needs to learn the menu.

Decided to give this place a try after we had our central A/​C unit replaced and the guys doing the installation turned down our offer to serve them lunch because they look forward to eating here whenever the work in the area.
First, the people who work there are always very friendly. The place is always busy, good sign. They’re always taking a telephone order, but someone is always available to take payment and provide the food ordered The food is always ready within the time period quoted on the phone when placing the order. The place is small, limited parking, limited seating, but we always do take out so no big deal.
My wife and I have tried the meatball subs. We both loved them. The bread is nice and crisp on the outside and light and soft inside. The tomato sauce is very tasty and is light and fresh. The meatballs are really good. And we both prefer mozzarella as opposed to provolone and they were more than happy to accomodate the request.
Other things we have tried and loved: Italian calzone, mozzarella sticks, chicken parm sub, chicken finger dinner (get the spicy fries), and the Reuben sandwich.
Why didn’t this place get 5 stars? We weren’t fans of the pizza.
In summary, good food, friently staff, quick/​timely service. This is now our go to place for all things take out, except for pizza.

Randolph café was a place my family and I ordered from frequently… slowly but surely the dinner plates became smaller and smaller. then the side salads no longer came with the dinners and it became an additional fee… customer service is good depending on who answers the phone… the food is good but my family n I no longer order from randolph café as often as we did…

I have only been too Randolph Café a couple of times but it was good each time. A fairly standard pizza/​sub shop. They have recently remodeled the inside order area. I work in town and they offer a discount so I like to give then my business as much as possible.
Overall I would say if you are looking for a quick bite then Randolph Café is the place to go.

Just stopped by the Randolph Café after hearing so many great things about it. Wow, what an awesome experience! I ordered the steak and cheese sub, loaded and toasted.. it was the BEST one I ever had!!! The place is nice and staff were super friendly and quick…
I took a menu for next time… Not sure how long I’ll be able to stay away… ;D

I used to love this place, family ordered often and even got some catering. A year and ½ ago we had a bad incident with the order being botched on two items. When we complained they resent one item.
We waited over a year to try them again. At the 70 minute mark (quoted a 30 minute delivery time) I called to complain,&‘was offered a few option from the daughter who was appropriate in her management of the complaint. I handed the phone to my husband to choose the option he wanted. (New food vs waiting for MIA food). Five minutes later the owner called my husband and basically told him we were not worth the hassle and our residence was banned forever. Lol! Well thank you for that, do you truly think we would ever call again! This women YELLED at my poor husband for two to three minutes while the food finally arrived stone cold. Awesome.
Moral of the story: Randolph café has no customer service if the order goes south.
The owner over personalizes and goes on attack instead of trying to maintain composure, and professionalism. She actually told my husband I was welcome to put up another (bad) review. What a nut!
PS: CHECK OUT the 26 filtered reviews below! Randolph Café, there seems to be a theme with y’all regarding bad service. The owner and her bad attitude and banning complainers seems to be a theme! It’s a wonder this place stays in business with the attitude displayed to so many unfortunate customers.
We are happy to take our business to the many customer oriented places in town that value good service and have consistently good food.

I eat there often good pizzas & pastas. Best buffalo chicken wrap I ever tasted (I compared to a lot of places and none compare)! If you’re looking for an Italian pizzeria for the money Randolph café is second to none.

I love their eggplant parm! Ordered a large sub for takeout, and it wasn’t too long to pick it up. The prices overall for their subs are great and their portions too! I haven’t dined in there, but definitely looks like a café, so if you’re a take-​out person, swing by this place & try it!

Large pizza tastes ok. It needed another 3 – 5 minutes easy. Crust was way too underdone.

Hubs and I ordered takeout from the Randolph Café the last time we were in town and dying for a pizza and a Greek salad.
The pizza has a traditional crust and made with a homemade tomato sauce. I’m not a huge fan of Greek-​style pizzas, so this is the place for me! We also split a large Greek salad that was more than enough for two people to share with lots of feta (so if you’re not a fan of feta cheese, I would recommend asking them to take it easy on the cheese), two pieces of pita, and a homemade Greek creamy dressing. Totally awesome. Our total bill was $ 17!
The staff was extremely friendly when we went to pick up our food and found the restaurant to be clean and well-​kept. Definitely check it out the next time you are in the area!

Anything on the menu at this sub shop is amazing. You can’t go wrong with any choice and it won’t put a hole in your pocket… Jumbo buffalo fingers are the best with in 10 miles
