Mario’s Famous Pizza

Great food and great value. I love this place.

They have by far the best buffalo wing pizza in town! I enjoy ordering from here, the only complaint i have is the prices, but I’ve called around & not much of a difference. I have no complaints about service, I hosted my sons baptism there last year & the staff was so good with making sure our guest were well taken care of. 2 thumbs up from me!

Not bad. Pizza was very good. Service was slow due to a new young waitress. But she was trying. Nice dining area but a bit skimpy on the heat. Got a lg white pizza a bit thicker with sausage that cost $ 17.50. A bit high but they all are increasing their prices. Very good

Recently got a flyer and decided to try them. They have a bigger menu compared to M&S which is our usual place. They also deliver which is a plus. But, the prices were very high and the pizza was not in the least bit impressive. Will be ordering from M&S again…

A hour and a half to deliver a large pizza and garlic knots on a Wednesday night in town is insane! Will not be ordering from here again with so many other and better pizzerias in the area. Not worth the wait!

This place solicited a local hotel at one time and failed to follow thru to the hotel patrons. Ordered 2 times in 2 weeks. First time, pizza was warm not hot. Driver had no change, only $ 20 bills.
2^nd time 5 days later. Ordered 4 topping with pepperoni which got translated to bell pepper. Pizza again was less then warm. Far from impressed for NJ pizza

Famous for sub-​par pizza, they have a groupon going, which usually means they are on the outs.

Ordered a chicken parm pizza delivery today and it was the best I’ve ever had. It looked like an ad in a magazine. There must have been the equivalent of 8 chicken parm dinners worth of full thin cut breaded chicken breasts on this thing and a ton of cheese. I didn’t order extra anything. If this is a standard order I couldn’t imagine ordering extra anything lol. Awesome experience!

I’ve gone here since I was a kid and I’m sad to say, I’m pretty sure they’re scamming people. My girlfriend and I ordered two slices each and two sodas. He said it was $ 15.25. We mistakenly handed him $ 25.25 and he took it without saying anything. We went back up to get our $ 10 back and he was gone. A girl (who was super nice) asked what we had and totaled it up at $ 14.82. She gave us back our $ 10 and was puzzled why he charged is $ 15.25 (and she said she factored for tax too). It seems he’s rounding to the nearest dollar and adding a quarter to peoples’ totals. I’ve asked several friends now and they’ve shared similar experiences. Love the pizza but never going back after this.

got a white pizza with spinach and tomato absolutely awesome and there wings are superb. great place and very nice staff.

So tell me what are they famous for? I ordered a Sicilian pizza with extra cheese price was $ 18.00. Big Bucks! What happen to the corners no cheese. No I did not shake it for the cheese to move. The pizza was one of the worst I ever had to be honest. Mixed salad… iceberg lettuce which some of the lettuce was brown, a couple of olives. a few tomatoes. Oh 2 slices of cucumbers. And small! Really? For $ 7.95?
Never again… Many better places in Randolph… anywhere actually!
Go figure!

We’ve ordered delivery from Mario’s twice now… they are 2 for 2! Everything ordered was fresh & delish. By FAR, my favorite thing on the menu is taco pizza! There are no words to do it justice… if you love tacos, TRY IT!!!

Their sauce alittle. um… tangy (?) Their food isnt bad compared to others in the area. Their salads are huge and pretty good. The service is a little slow but worth the wait for the most part.

I usually order delivery from here. The food is great! Subs are a bit expensive though. Pizza is delicious. Salads are great.

Lots of complaints about the service, but anytime I’ve gone, the staff has always been nice. Pizza used to be great (love the crisp crust), but I think they changed their sauce recipe. The sauce now is too salty and sweet. Couldn’t even finish eating my slice that’s how much I disliked it. Will go to another spot from now on.

Ordered a pizza on a Sunday night, was thrilled they were open. Being new to the area I didn’t know how far away they were and was impressed that the pizza arrived within 40 minutes. However, when the pizza arrived, the delivery guy was outrageously rude. For a $ 10 dollar pizza which was clearly a personal pizza, not a «large pie» as requested, the delivery guy asked how much change we wanted. When I said from a $ 20 dollar bill that we wanted 7 back, he proceeded to lecture me about how far away the pizzeria was and how low my tip was. Even when I said, ok, keep $ 4 for your trouble, he continued to hawk me about how much of an inconvenience it was to drive to my house. I mean for a $ 10 dollar pizza, did he expect a 50% tip?! The pizza was nothing to write home about (crust was chalky and left a nasty aftertaste). We will never order from there again.

Dined in and the service was poor. The restaurant was hot. They needed at least another waitress. Spoke to manager and he said «it is what it is» more or less in a rude tone. Unfortunate because I use them for delivery often, but they lost me as a future customer with that response.

Ordered online using their website. First, the delivery guy didn’t know I ordered online with a debit card. THEN, Next day, my debit card info was stolen. They use a third party, Order It On, to process online orders.
Food was good, identity theft wasn’t. They need a better online system that doesn’t steal your account info.
I will say, they packaged the French fries in a paper back. Great idea, no condensation from the heat and got relatively crunchy fries.

Tonight we went to one of our favorite Italian restaurants in Morris County, When you’re looking for a GREAT meal with HUGE portions-Mario’s is your destination. We found this little place about five years ago and we have NEVER-​EVER had a bad meal, bad service or a single complaint. I’ve also never finished a meal there because the portions are seriously huge. There’s been times I’ve gotten dinner and another two lunches out of the leftovers. Now the place isn’t fancy — one side is the pizzeria with 12 – 14 tables on the restaurant side, but you won’t be disappointed.
I’ve never had their pizza, but my 9-​year old son rates it as a 4-​star slice. Tonight I went with the shrimp Parm, my wife had the chicken parm, my kids had vodka sauce with chicken and linguini with garlic and oil. absolutely delicious. If you love garlic-​they aren’t afraid to use it — garlic bread, scampi, garlic and oil are all well doused with nice pieces of chopped (not minced) garlic.
My personal favorite isn’t on the menu, but they’ll make it if you ask… if you like seafood and spicy in one meal order the seafood combo fra diablo-​and ask them to make it extra spicy.
So the next time you’re in the mood for great Italian-​and a lot of it-​grab a bottle of red wine or a few beers (it’s BYOB), drive out to Mario’s and have one of the best pasta meals you’re going to get.
