So it turns out that this company keeps your money when you terminate a lease. While I was initially impressed at rental sign up, I need to modify the rating to reflect this very disappointing policy. They are keeping $ 110 of my money and not providing any service. I suppose this was one of the policies reflected in the extremely long contract that you need an attorney to review, it’s unethical to say the least.
