Highly recommend this company for any event. Just attended my best friend’s wedding and as a member of the wedding party, the Bridal Trolley is the way to go hands down. It was clean, beautiful, early for pickup and the driver gave us all the REDCARPET treatment. Very affordable and well worth every $$ spent, a definite A++ in customer service and satisfaction. Greg, You must be confusing my wedding with some one else’s since your response has quite a few facts that are incorrect. 1) While you showed up to the contracted pickup location on time, it does’t mean anything if you are unable to actually pick people up and transport them to the church because your vehicle is broken down. 2) While I do not know who the«gentleman» you speak of is, I can agree with you that you were told by some one that we had to leave… and my father and I wanted to leave in the Rolls because I WASGETTINGMARRIED at a church 45 minutes from the time I stepped outside and got into the Rolls(which was the same time I was informed that the trolley was broken down.) And silly me– I wanted to get myself and my bridal party to the church on time! I was told, while I was sitting in the Rolls, that you could get a replacement vehicle out to the hall to take every one… but it was unknown how long that would take– a risk I was not willing to take since we were on a strict schedule and again I WASGETTINGMARRIED45 minutes from then. 3) Your Rolls is beautiful looking… until you get inside of it and hear the engine. The driver of the Rolls was very nice, very apologetic, but 4) as much as you’d like to place the blame on me and my wedding party, family, etc. for miscommunication or not being in agreement, the truth of the matter is the you are in the business of transporting people during special events(weddings, anniversary parties, proms, etc.) and your«fleet» of vehicles, as well as your protocol for addressing breakdowns, are not up to par for the industry that you are in. It is unfortunate that you came to me by a referral from another wedding professional and I did not do my own due diligence in asking the important questions like«what are you going to do if the trolley breaks down and is unable to take my party to the church on time?» or even ask for references. I’m just hoping other people getting married don’t leave it to chance as I did.

I could not be MORE dissatisfied with this service! I rented a mini-bus for my sisters Bachelorette last month. We had a number of stops to make with dinner, a red sox game and then out afterwards and I sent all of the addresses ahead of time. The limo drive couldn’t find our restaurant and was 20 minutes late picking us up to go to the game, which meant we were late for the game. And then when I called to get picked up from the game, it took our drive over 45 minutes to come and get us– and that is AFTER we had walked down boylston to get away from red sox traffic. The driver then could not find the bar we were heading to The Living Room” — I had given him directions and the address but he still couldn’t find it. When we called to get picked up from the bar it was about an hour for the driver to get there. We were waiting outside. Did I mention this was one of the nights in July when is down poured the whole night and we were stuck huddling under awnings and in doorways. And then as the evening is ending and the driver is dropping us off– He then decides to demand to be paid in CASH. He had not told us about paying in cash before hand And the company had my credit card info to charge the balance. I was perfectly happy and prepared to pay the tip in cash– but I don’t carry around $ 600 in cash– nor does my ATM let me take out that much at any time. So A) I got charged from the ATM I had to use when the driver held my stuff hostage while he waited at a random(non bank) ATM for them to charge me, and then My sister(the bachelorette) also had to take out money since I didn’t have enough. I’ve never been so embarrassed before. And then the following Monday I called to let the company know what a dissatisfied customer I was– that the driver was unprofessional etc. The owner/manager had assured me to refund me for one of the hours(I didn’t even ask for anything I just wanted them to know how bad the service was) — It is over a month later and I have not gotten the refund nor any further contact from them. I cannot stress enough that this was BAD service and turned our night pretty horrible at the end.
