In-N-Out Burger

I LOVE this place and their burgers have no comparison. The 4 stars is due to the fries. This location overcooks them and usually gives you the small crunchy kind. I have ate at many locations and they seem to have much better fries. Change that up and I will add a star.

OK this is really a place for the high school crowd and soccer mom’s/dad’s getting their kids something quick to eat. This is NOT an extraordinary burger/cheeseburger…it is AVERAGE burger from a FAST FOOD drive thru, so I really don’t see what the hype is all about… again, perpetuated by high school kids (subjected to the c&@p they’re served at HS cafeterias) who are EVERYWHERE at In n’ Out. The burger patties are thin and nothing special. you really HAVE to order a «double» to get your hunger contained if you’re an adult. nothing great at all. pretty much like what you find at a hundred other mega-​franchises. The french fries… you better eat your fries QUICK because if they sit for even a moment they become hard and inedible… just like McDonald’s fries do… ugg…you cannot reheat them successfully. they will stay hardened and they are heavily salted… Gee I wish they’d leave the salting to me! The buns are generally bit dry & a little stale around the edges. Their food is what I call a «stomach bomb».something to drop down the hatch and hope it takes care of you for a couple hours… not much more then that. Service is fine… the kids there work hard and are pleasant enough. The prices are ok. maybe a little high for what you get I guess… I’m just not a fan of the this type of fare unless extremely hungry and completely out of options. I agree with another reviewer, «In n’ Out» burgers are all pretty all the same everywhere.

I love In N Out. I really do. I’m a huge fan of Animal Style Fries. I always get extra spread, always, because there’s never enough. But here, they do it right. When I say extra spread I mean it, and this In N Out establishment understands me. I consistently receive Animal Style Fries with the exact right amount of spread. ¹²⁄₁₀ I’m in love with this place.

One of the best burgers ever made! Got a double double with fries and a strawberry shake. The staff were clean and the food was great.

Best hamburger in town hands down. Problem — poor planning on the drive thru. It should be double like Micky d’s. The line is ridiculous and moves slow. C’mon guys… This was a forseable problem when you got the best burger in town.

Easily my favorite In-​N-​Out location of all time. RSM In-​N-​Out has been my home burger joint ever since its opening a few years back. The great view of Saddleback mountain makes for a beautiful setting.
Now onto the food. Like every In-​N-​Out joint, the food is always hot and fresh. They take no shortcuts to provide only the best. The customer service is top shelf as well. I have a very intricate order and the employees have no trouble executing it perfectly every time. Always a smile on their face and readiness to serve.
I rate all other In-​N-​Outs based off RSM because it is simply the best. Thank you for becoming a hub for culture and good food in our community.

When you’re in a place you don’t know well and just plain hungry and want something quick and reliable, In N Out will always be just perfect!
Service here was fantastic, the store super clean and though they were pretty busy, the line moved fast and our order was brought out quickly, fresh and correctly.
Plenty of seating, cheap prices for good quality and portionsize.
My favorite fast food burger by far!

Best and fresh burgers that U can ever have! Order the animal style 4×4 and a 4×4 with a whole grilled onion and U can’t go wrong? Oh and don’t forget the shake I usually order the Neapolitan shake only because I want all 3 flavors!!!
No matter what time of day or even any location In &Out burgers and fries are always fresh!
Also for all of the employees that work for In &Out are always friendly and very professional
Like I always tell everyone if this was the last meal of my life I would be totally satisfied!

Wow — one of the few things in Rancho that’s open past 10 PM. Heck, maybe even after 8 PM. :)
This In N Out does get busy at all times of the day and night, so you might need to wait for your food for a short while.
There is ample seating inside, which is nice. Be mindful that there may be a lot of kids. Because things close early in RSM, a lot of high schoolers come to hang out. Not a problem, but just something to know.

Who doesn’t love this place. I used to go to the Foothill location until this place opened up. I normally use drive thru and there is a long line about 50% of the time that I go here, so it’s not too bad. I normally don’t eat at normal lunch or dinner time so I don’t meet a long line that often. I’ve never got my order messed up here and everything is always delicious. Happy this place opened up not too long ago.

Don’t ever come to this location!!! I’ve been to multiple In-​N-​Out stores. Have eaten at this restaurant well over 200 times. I truly love the food that this company makes. Recently moving to Coto De Caza this location made it easy to get my fix. However I never had such a horrible experience with any locations besides this branch. More than the 10 times I’ve been here and they always seem to have HORRIBLE QUALITY food and mess up the order. They are known to forget to give out milkshakes and have experienced this first hand numerous times (other reviews have confirmed this) although this one is never busy and suggests convenience but don’t be fooled. Today was the last day I will eat there. Took pictures of my food exactly how it was delivered to me and it’s not a pretty sight (I will attach photos). They screwed up my order giving me the completely wrong thing having to remake it twice. I explicitly told them to take their time and said im in no rush and I can pull to the front, but they insisted on leaving me in the drive thru line and hold up traffic. I received my burger smashed with little to no toppings. Although they repeated my order back to me when I ordered and payed, the employee also checked the receipt before delivering me my order they seemed to get it wrong. The employee was also rude and very rushed.
Any other location is SO MUCH better than this one!

Worst innout location I’ve ever been to. Every single time I go there they mess up something in my order. First time they forgot to give me my shake, second time the fries were not light well, and every time I ask for chopped chilies on the side they give me the regular whole chilies. My boyfriend also loves innout and had a horrible experience last night. They got his order wrong twice and he waited for them to remake it and they gave him the worst burger I’ve ever seen innout prepare (see below for pictures). This location really needs to step up. I have no idea how they keep messing up when they’re not as busy as other locations I go to like Irvine.

What’s not to love about In-​N-​Out? Best burgers, fries, and shakes out there. No matter how hard their competition tries there will ever be only one SoCal favorite.
