the worst customer service i ever seen in my life, made an appointment 1:00 today to bring my daughter that has a toothache to see a dentist, i asked if they have anything earlier and they said this is the only appointment available, they called and confirmed it with me afterwards, then today at 12:3 they called and said your appointment was at 12:30 ans since your late dr will not see your daughter, i was like no my appointment was made and confirmed for 1:00 and she said” well the DR will be out of office now and she can see you at 3:00″, i said im on my way, so got there the lady comes to front desk after i waited 10 minutes, with food in her moth and saying if you want to see the DR wait here till 3:00 then i was upset and mad, i said i like to talk to the DR before i go she said what you think ill let you talk to her she is not available, so end of the story, this office is the nightmare i told her i will talk to the board she said go and do whatever you want, end of the story, my year old having pain crying and telling me mom please lets go to a office that is nicer then this lady im scared. so if you think this is the place you want to go pay your money and get this kind of service go ahead, i will be dead before go to this office again .very disturbed.

Let me start my saying great dentist. I have been coming to Appealing Dentistry for about a year and the service is second to none. I have recently introduced my wife to their service and she could not be happier. I have had emergency services where i called for an appointment in pain and 1 hour later I was in her dentist seat getting my tooth fixed. I have had a root canal and experienced no pain. The best part is the family atmosphere, its a 3 lady office and they make sure they take care of you, from reminder calls for appointments to extra numbing shoots to follow up care to ensure everything is ok. Dr Taitz and her staff are the best around.

Great speedy service. Always on time and efficient. I would recommend to friends and family and I have.

I brought my son here to have a dental check up and what an amazing staff. They cleaned his teeth and did a complete check up! The lady at first I thought was a little out spoken. She turn out to be the most caring, honest individual that I have met so far. I would recommend this dentist and her staff to work on any person needing dental care! They just don’t make them like they use too. If your looking for a good dentist that’s not in it just for the money, then this is your place.

If you have children stay away from this place, the woman I saw today was rude to my child and very impatient. She didn’t even try for 5 seconds before she burst out of the room without notice completely refusing any services. She walked back in there with the tools to see me and asked to kick my daughter out (like its a good idea to have a 4 years old running around the office by herself) It was a waste of my time. I will not be coming back to this place and I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

I have been to this office on about three occasions. Tried to get some dental work redone right and looks like I have been disappointed for the third time. Once, anyone can make a mistake. Second time and I don’t think I’ll be going back. I think this Dentist is more concerned with being a Politician and Attorney than treating patients. Too many other good dentists out there and I plan to move on. I hope this review is helpful for anyone out there looking for a dentist and if you live in the area, keep looking and go somewhere else.
