Came here to do a notary and a fax… and I am completely satisfied with their timing.

Four and ¾ stars. Have been a satisfied customer for years. It is local and much quicker than the RSM post office. Staff is much more helpful than at the big Fed Ex place in my experience. They have time to help you use the copy machines if you need assistance and are polite. It’s not as cheap for postal things, but when you’re in a hurry, you may find it worth it. I have noticed recently, some newer employees are not as helpful or knowledgeable as the owner or long timers but I have had years of positive experiences here.

Total rip-​off. I took four (4) envelopes in and asked for postage stamps. Regular old postage, nothing special. One of the envelopes was about the size of a greeting card and had about twenty 8 ½×11 pieces of paper inside (folded in half). The guy weighed the envelope and then told me that for the four pieces of mail it be $ 7 and change. I said wait a minute, I just want four stamps essentially… knowing the one piece would take a few extra stamps. He proceeded to tell me that that was the cost. I said a stamp costs .49 cents so the other 3 pieces would be roughly $ 1.50 and the bigger envelope was $ 6???
He told me that they mark up the cost of a stamp to about .80 cents to which i said okay… so that would be about $ 2.40 for the three and then he wanted to charge me an additional $ 5.50 for the fourth piece.
He stuck to his pricing theory so I took my mail back from him and drove a mile down the road to the post office where I was charged $ 2.78 for all four pieces of mail.
I understand they need to mark up postage in order to make a profit, but there is no need to completely gouge the customer. Also, his people skills /​customer service was terrible and he was extremely slow. DON’T GO THERE. THE POST OFFICE IS A MILE AWAY AND THERE IS A UPS STORE ALSO ABOUT A MILE AWAY.

This place is terrible. Idiot in the front talks to customer for 5 min at a time flirting and just waisting time. They don’t take cards under 10 $ but it clearly stats on there front desk they take any card but no sign indicating not under 10 $. So you wait in the line for 15 min and get in front for the guy to tell u that. They also lost my mail once and I had to back track and get the mail sent to me after 2 MONTHs!!! When I told the guy about it he defended himself and said he never lost anything… Unreal!!!
