Love this store. The staff are so friendly.
Mary is the manager and she rocks. She is very kind and very accommodating not only to me but to everyone. Staff makes shoe shopping to easy and fun.
Also, the store is really clean and organized. If you can’t find your shoe size, they will either call the other store for you or order it on line for you. How convenient is that…

I have been in this store a few times…
Nothing really sticks out in my mind about great or horrible service…
But yesterday… ack!
I walked in with a return… to a line of 6 people… and one girl working.
When I eventually made it to the register… it took a long time to have my return processed.
When I asked for my original receipt back, she stood and looked at it for a good two minutes, but never said anything to me.
It was an odd experience all around, and I dont think I will return to this Payless… they really need to have more than one person working on a weekend, as well.
