What a great setup. The staff is always in hurry, and they definitely treat you as a priority. Things got pretty crazy for me for a bit, and for reasons not important here, I was generating a lot of dry cleaning. They were able to handle the throughput, and didn’t flinch. I was also able to drop off a wedding dress that I feared ruined(it was, but not by them.) and they were able to throw their best at it, and get it marginally cleaned up. Ah well, maybe next time. They didn’t charge for the completed product, rather just for the chemicals used. Compromise is a good thing in business. They have also cleaned our comforters/duvet covers multiple times. They come out great, but you have to wait a few days. Just for them to dry. So plan for that. The kid working the counter is serious about his work, so thats a breath of fresh air in the work place. Price is good, not great. Only bad thing I can say is that my wife doens’t recommend them, and she comes from a legit background in the clothing industry. Something about the racks/retrieval system and the methods they use. I don’t know… I think they are fine. I will take my friends and family here for their laundry. lol — RTJ

We changed due to poor quality from our other cleaner. This is the best, very friendly and great service and quality cleaning.

This place is fantastic. Excellent service, friendly workers. I have never had anything lost, and I trust them to clean everything from my dress shirts, to my expensive suits, to my ties. They always do a great job.

I was cautious in trying Coto Cleaners based on the reviews(even though there were only a few). But after trying Paradise Cleaners, where the lady doesn’t even look you in the face when grabbing your clothes, and Eco Green Dry Cleaners in Trabuco where they charged me over $ 20 for 1(ONE!) suit, I gave this place a shot. I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised with the service. My clothes are always ready within 48 hours(even though I never get back to pick them up that quickly). I’ve heard people mention missing clothes upon pickup, so I just count out how many items when I drop off and double check when I pick up. It’s not that big of a deal and I’ve never had anything go missing. The best part: the price! They are VERY reasonable and I appreciate it. I don’t take anything luxurious there so I’m not expecting crazy prices just to launder my husbands dress shirts or dry clean an occasional blouse. Will continue to take my clothes here!

$ 20 for a two piece suit that won’t actually get cleaned. I know it’s south Orange County but there are much better places charging less than half that and doing a much better job. Call around and get quotes people

I switched over to this place about 9 months ago after my old dry cleaner(by the lake) decided he was not going to accept credit cards unless it was $ 10 bucks worth of dry cleaning. I started going to Coto and immediately noticed a difference in quality. The price was the same but the cleaning was superior as was the service. I have trust them with my very expensive suits on a weekly basis and so far no major issues. Well, they did loose my pants for a day but quickly found them and apologized. I can see where the last reviewer is coming from but the key is they found it so no harm no foul. Will be returning. Do recommend this place.

DONOTGOHERE! They have lost two expensive pairs of pants of my husband’s and claim not to have — I also caught them telling a person in front of me that his shirt was not there only to have him say«is that it over there!?» and indeed it was!
