Classic Tobacco

I needed a cigar box for my daughters project. They had some for only two dollars apiece. But to be honest as cigar shop the service was poor. The place was clean and they do have outside seating. They usually play music but not my kind of music.

My 2 year streak of shopping here every two weeks and calling this my go to smoke shop ended yesterday.
I went in to buy a e-​cig so I could smoke at locations that prohibited smoking and needed a bit of product information before I made the plunge. The woman at the register, a tall blonde with red bumps and pic scars on her face was the only one to help me and she was not interested in costumer service at all.
She showed me a few models in the glass case and I asked her simple questions about them. Every answer she had started with her rolling her eyes or shaking her head and her tone was really bitchy. she could clearly care less about helping me.
Then after checking out a few e-​cigs I asked her if the model in question was refillable and how I would go about doing so. She exhaled in frustration and said «of course it’s refillable, you never said you wanted a disposable one, you need to make up your mind». At that point I told her I didn’t want to shop here anymore and I left.
I worked in customer service for years and I’ve dealt with costumers asking stupid questions for hours and I’ve never treated anyone with such disrespect, especially after what must have been a 3 mins of helping a costumer. Never again

My go-​to spot for all my Cigar needs. Nathan goes out of his way to make sure he answers any questions I may have. I recommend this place to any cigar enthusiast. Great prices and fantastic selection.

been here once. the ladies inside were very nice and friendly. they didnt have what i was looking for though. the one lady didnt know what a bong bag was… your a smoke shop you should not only know but carry them. very nice inside

I didn’t always shop at Classic but my regular tobacco shop changed management and the new owners can barely speak English and that’s when I discovered Nathan’s place.
For starters it’s a really clean shop and it has a great selection of both cigars, cigarettes and every conceivable smoking accessory that you could ever want and they are all priced competitively.
But the real value of Classic Tobacco is Nathan and his staff. You get the feeling that they really appreciate your business and shopping there is more akin to visiting a neighbor than a retail experience.
If you’re a smoker, or you’re looking for a gift for a smoker, go see Nathan at Classic Tobacco. You’ll be glad you did.

I was hoping to find a selection of glassware here for tobacco use, however none could be found. They had about 15 hookahs for sale, but alas I was not looking to buy one of those. The cigar lounge and humidor section was a surprise. I didn’t expect that out of this store at all. The Native American statue in the front of the store was kinda funny. They have a large waving sale flag in the front of the store, but nothing really was on sale. If you are into cigars this place is for you, if you are into the other type of smoking it’s not exactly the right place for you.

Nice little shop. The fact that there’s a humidor and cigar lounge in the place gets an automatic +1 star. The selection is not vast as far as cigars are concerned, but it’s the only cigar shop in the area. Prices are alright on cigarettes, too.

I first became familiar with Classic Tobacco when I got an advertisement in the mail of a Cigar Night. When I first attended, the Owner (Nathan) was friendly and so is his staff. They, Classic Tobacco, welcomes you, offer you seating in their back lounge to smoke your cigar. They also offered a soda, water and sandwiches, but this evening, they had some wine to offer also.
During Cigar night, he will have a Rep. from the Cigar Distributor, to introduce you to a line of cigars. They always offer special pricing and offer free cigars with purchase. This Cigar night, was to introduce Arganese cigars. This is not a pitch for Arganese cigars, but I thank Classic Tobacco for bring this line to his shop, and introducing this cigar to me. A good tasting, good burning, good flavor and good valued cigar.
Classic Tobacco is not a fancy Cigar Lounge, but they a willing to be friends with you, discuss and help you select a cigar, with no pressure to buy. Their walk-​in humidor is not the biggest I’ve walked into, but they carry an assortment of good sticks. They offer, for a price, personal humidor lockers. They carry smoking accessories like lighters, ashtrays, humidors, hygrometers, cutters, butane and cases. They also sell cigarettes, bic lighters, breath mints and Lottery tickets.
