It’s one of the rarest BR locations where you would find friendly service and cleanliness at the same location. Loved that they offered me a sample and greeted me as I walked in the store. Overall I felt great walking in and out of the store. I will be coming back really soon.

I personally love Baskin Robbins and always have until i found a little brown pellet like substance(almost looked like some form of insect or rat poop) on the bottom of my ice cream. I wont be going to this location again.

Baskin Robbins is always good, but even better with cool service. Rushed here from a late dinner at home thinking they close at 9, and arrived at 8:58. Asked if they were still open from the parking lot and was greeted warmly with, «you have an hour to get all the ice cream you want.» What a relief since I wanted to surprise my 2 boys with a tasty surprise. He offered to sample the new flavor, Oreo Trick O Treat, as we walked in together. I was here to get a Banana Royale and found my first scoop with that sample. Complimented it with the best flavor ever, Gold Medal Ribbon. The guy working(owner?) was very nice and provided every customers’ real want… great customer service WITH a smile. Really personable, I almost wanted to stay and chat for a bit, but I had to make my way to give my boys their special treat this Hump Day Wednesday. Sweet treats for a satisfied family.

Horrible customer service! The girl with the headwrap needs training… she seems to not like her job. I talked with the owner about his employee he didnt compensate me or my daughter after talking with him twice. This store is closer to my house, but I will go down the hill to the BR on gaffey from now on! It should be zero stars!

Unfortunately had to wait till my girlfriend got in the car to hear that the older man believe the owner was hitting on her I figured I’d go back and do something about it but I think this will do keep your comments to yourself sir you never know who your dealing with and thankfully I found this out once I left your plaza ps help the handicap gentleman in next time instead of leaving him outside while I open the door for him.

We went with my kids to get ice cream we got 4 one scoop ice cream cups 1 chocolate milkshake, the guy didn’t even ask if they wanted sprinkles or anything. My son asked for fudge and the guy charged us $ 1.00 for it without us even knowing. The total bill was more than $ 15.00 and after all that we found a hair in our ice cream. When we let him know about it he said crabbily«That’s not my hair, but I’ll give you another one anyway.» No wonder the place is empty!

Do not go to this location!!! The owner is extremely rude and when he is working he rips you off! He gives you kids sized scoop for the price of a normal scoop. Not only is he not enthusiastic towards his customers but he has his employees working in a sweatshop in the summer! I went in a few times during the summer and it was unbelievably hot inside, I asked the girl how she was working in such heat and her reply to me was that the owner doesn’t let them turn on the A/C because he wants to keep his bills down! It was at least 90 degrees inside! To me that is unethical!

This location has gone down hill recently. I got an email from Baskin Robbins advertising York Peppermint Patty flavor so I asked my husband to stop and get a scoop for me. The lady didn’t even know what he was asking for as if she had never heard of it before. I think they should read emails that are sent out by corporate.

It was my kid’s birthday today. This store was offering free small scoop of ice cream for birthday kid which was very kind and generous. I took my two boys to this location and bought one ice cream for 8 year old son. My 6 year old birthday son was so excited to receive his scoop. Store lady handed one to him. We said thank you. Then accident happened. My 6 year old was too excited that he accidently dropped his ice cream. Lady looking at whole incident said that we had to pay for it if we need another scoop. It is true she did give him a scoop and it was my son’s fault that he let it slip off of his small hand. But the way she slamed those cold words did not sit in me right. She maybe just doing her job but I thought she was so cold hearted. They sell ice creams after all so it may be right place for her to be but sure I will not go back to this Baskin-Robbins. So I cleaned up the floor we made a mess on and just left the store with a sad boy holding a cone without ice cream on his birthday. We went to Yogurt Land accross the street. They treated us so much nicer. I will tell this true story to everyone if they ever ask me about this location and I will leave it up to them if they think I was over reacting or store is just not worth going. :(

We used to come here all the time and I always ordered all three kids’ bday cakes, but today will be the last. They told me today that to get one of the characters put on top, it would cost $ 10 extra. I am sure this is a result of the ownership changing. It’s made of plastic! It’s better to keep your customers happy by not nickel and diming them. Gaining new customers is a lot harder than keeping your old ones. Such bad business practice! All the reviews from within the past year are terrible. I hope they’re reading them and reconsidering their business model or they will surely go out of business.

I used to love to come here and always felt like I got my money’s worth… even if it’s a bit on the expensive side… NOTANYMORE! My husband and I left feeling ripped off. My husband ordered a soft serve sundae from the older gentleman who works there. When he handed to my husband, it looked empty. It was barely halfway full. Hubby asked where the ice cream was and was told that’s what he ordered. Needless to say, my cone looked like the childs size. Last time we’ll be going here… I’d rather drive to the Gaffey store to get my moneys worth!

Horrible experience! I called to get information regarding ice cream cakes for my nephews 8th birthday. The lady was VERYRUDE and said«look online — you can order on-line» Placed my order for a $ 29.95 baseball cake that«feeds 6 – 8 people» when I picked it up it was the size of a salad plate. When I asked the lady(owner) why it was so small and how can it feed 6 – 8 people she looked me up and down and said«normal people» which obviously a crack at me being overweight. The cake measured 6 inches across — total rip off! I walked 2 doors down and bought a cake at Amalfitanos bakery that was $ 14.00, 3 times as big, and a lot tastier and took both cakes to the party. Everyone prefered the cake from the bakery. Will NEVER go to this Baskin Robbins again!

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. So this isn’t so much a review of the ice cream, but of this particular location. My family and I used to go to this location all the time, especially during the summer. We loved it. Although I feel Baskin Robbins is on the pricey side we loved the ice cream and the location. Well that is no longer the case. The serving sizes have gone down considerably and definitley not worth the price. It seems the new owners are always there and although seem nice, definitely are trying to overcharge and undersize everything. I miss the days of the young staff who wouldn’t charge if my son asked for an extra cherry on his sundae! UGH! PS I ordered an ice cream cake for my sister’s birthday recently and it was vastly overpriced and tasted old. Very dissappointing.

Gf and I had that urge and ended up here right before closing and it was rather nice and clean little spot, happened that the owner was there. He earned all the stars possible, genuinely helpful and kind, had MY gf giggling all crazy, and that’s more important than good ice cream. I’ll certainly think of this spot first way before heading to any other ice cream parlor.

This is a clean little shop run by mostly young high school aged kids. My girls love any visit to Baskin Robbins, plenty of options at a fair price. The physical store is a little warn, but not bad. Baskin Robbins is not as cheap as some of the yogurt shops, but it’s not as outrageous as Cold Stone either. This store has plenty of parking, and while it usually is busy, they are fast to address your ice cream dreams. I also like their shakes!

It’s a first at this location. I came to pick up a last minute ice cream cake for a BBQ. Great service and very helpful. I only wish there were more options on flavors of ice cream in the cakes.

I came here after lunch today with my boyfriend and we got two scoops of ice cream. We got the Nutty Coconut and the Praline Cheesecake flavors. Both were really great and we sat comfortably at the counter eating our ice cream. There was no one else in the store until an older lady came in wanting a milkshake. I hope that they get busy in the night time or else they’ll be in big trouble. The location is kinda weird in this strip mall so maybe that’s why this location isn’t very busy. Service was good and the girl working was friendly. Two scoops of ice cream was $ 4.00…it’s an O.K. price… of course Cold Stone down the street is at least double!
