Elk Grove Termite Control

This outfit is a shameful rip off. I received a report for almost a thousand dollars in repairs for some very minor dry rot in the end of some barge rafters, and two small pieces of baseboard with supposedly water damage behind the toilets in my home in escrow. Due to time restraints, I agreed to the rafter repairs but not the baseboards since they were only about 30″ and $ 160.00 was allocated for that. (I had replaced one toilet and caulked the baseboard all around and I didn’t see any water damage).Since they would only primer the repairs and I had to paint them myself anyway I would do the baseboards if needed. (I photographed the baseboard I took off to show no water damage) During the repairs I received a notice that they had found another board that was dry rotted and needed to be replaced at a cost of, you guessed it, $ 160.00. Incidentally, the 2 barge rafters they did replace were NOT primered as stated. Scratch this place off, it’s not worth the grief. There is another Pest Control in West Sac with outstanding reviews that has a ton of 5 star ratings.
