My wife and I enjoy coming here for the dirty martinis(with blue cheese stuffed olives of course)…one of the best I have had in any restaurant, they seem to nail it every time. Nice to just relax in one of the booths and enjoy a drink, or if nice cooler weather, outside seating by the water is great. We have also come here for the happy hour. The happy hour is great, usually between 4 – 6 at the bar. Good prices, and they have a pretty good selection of food and drinks… the food selection on the happy hour menu is vast, but they could offer a few more selections on the drink menu. The taste of the food is good, not spectacular, but good. Drinks are good as well, not anything to celebrate about, but it is good. The other thing is the service could be better, and I think that is the bulk of the negative reviews from this place… Our waiter disappeared a couple of times, not to be seen anywhere… but made up for it later. Plus really good location at the river, nice to walk around after in the evening… oh and yes the cheesecake is good.

I’ve been here a few times while visiting Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage. It’s located inside«The River» mall which has other restaurants and shops. I usually get pasta and most recently had their shrimp bistro pasta, pork chops, and teriyaki steak. Everything was tasty and service was wonderful. We also didn’t have to wait which is rare for other Cheesecake Factory locations. My only complaint is that there is no easy entrance from the parking lot for this restaurant. The parking is pretty far considering it’s usually 100+ degrees in the area.

I was visiting Palm Springs and we decided to eat here because of the variety of options. The location and restaurant was very nice. a lot nicer than the other cheesecake factories I’ve been to. The wait was long but it was not a problem since we were able to walk around outside. When we finally got our table, I sat down on a chair that was really dirty. It left marks on my pants which really annoyed me. I got upset because it tells a lot about a place when the table and chairs are not clean. My pants were sticky also. I talked to the manager about it, I believe his name was Daniel and he was very considerate and nice about everything. I appreciated him for being so friendly and understanding. The food overall was good. I got a chicken plate with a really good lemon sauce. I subsisted the mashed potatoes for pasta which was excellent. The food was great and the service was a bit slow but that’s because it was busy. I would recommend making reservations & checking your chairs before sitting on them! The food was 4⁄5. Overall 3⁄5.

Went in at lunch time. It was not very busy. Many empty tables near the bar at least. Maybe they were understaffed today? So I walked in with my friend and was told we would have to wait about 10 minutes. We literally did have to wait 10 minutes even more just to be seated when there were empty tables. So not a good start. Our server who I did see was busy with other customers took a while to get to us. We had ample time to figure out what to order. We ordered and then the server came back and asked if we wanted bread. Ofcourse we did. After another 10 minutes we finally got some water and our bread. I ordered the Chicken BBQ pizza which was average. I always got this before but I feel it was better at the other locations I have been to. My friend ordered the lunch pasta. She said it was too oily didn’t even eat half of it. We didn’t even stick around to order cheesecake. Oh well. Definitely wasn’t a good visit to the cheesecake factory. I think our server just had too much to do. Not sure if I will come back. Maybe just to get a slice of cheesecake to go. However, I did see that people were even waiting to just order cheesecake from the cheesecake counter because no one was back there… :(

We came in a large party of 10 and were treated great. The server was friendly and professional and the food came fast. Tim, one of the managers, was very accommodating and took care of us. Thanks for a nice dinner experience.

Just like every other Cheesecake Factory — food is consistent and the restaurant is packed. It’s located in the middle of the mall and there is definitely a lot of foot traffic here. We got ours to-go, and it’s the quality you come to expect. Not that big of a deal, but they didn’t get us all the condiments we requested in the phone order. One minor rant for the to go box — they should use ones that are ventilated for fried food… our fried shrimps were soggy by the time they got home…

Lisa was great! I came in quickly for a coffee and dessert of course. I had never had dined here before and I had a great experience. The hostesses made Me feel very welcome. She made small talk with me on our way to my nice booth. I even got a nice view! Lisa was kind and very knowledgable. I felt very spontaneous and because they have a huge variety of desserts I told her to choose the best dessert they had. I had a very tasty caramel macchiato and a Kalhua cheesecake that I enjoyed very much. I can’t wait to go back and try another dessert with my macchiato.

I’m generally a fan of the Cheesecake Factory, but this particular branch has consistently bad service. My family enjoys vacationing at the Omni across the street, so I’ve been able to experience this restaurant on several occasions over the past 5 years. Every single time I’ve dined here, the service has been shoddy. One time, the waiter took our order, forgot to enter it in the computer, and returned 30 minutes later to take our order again. It reached the point where I stopped dining there, and only order take-out.

I always enjoy eating at the Cheesecake Factory. The staff are friendly and the food is good. As a lone diner though, I was bummed I couldn’t get cell-phone reception. I like to read the news while eating and all I was able to do was constantly hit«reload.»

Worst strawberry martini I’ve ever had — and semi warm chicken Madeira. 2 stars for dulce de leche cheesecake which was magnificent.

Great service. Good food. We went close to closing so we didn’t have to deal with a wait time or poor service. I had the butternut squash chicken tacos. They are amazing! Love the cheese cake! Fried zucchini was okay, I’ve has better but I like to eat mine with Alfredo sauce and hands down they have the best Alfredo sauce I’ve ever had! Good prices also!

Typical Saturday night long wait. The outside ambiance of live music around the river was nice and I love coming to this area every year we go to Palm Springs for our conference. My coworker and I ordered crab and cheese dip and crab cakes for appetizers. The dip was nothing to rave about. My herb-crusted salmon barely had any fresh herbs on it, but was light and flaky, nonetheless. She enjoy her filet. For dessert, we both ordered cheesecake. My red velvet was um-um good!

The moment I walked in to this beautiful restaurant I noticed the gorgeous paintings on the ceiling! Next I loved being surrounded by the smell of fresh flowers, and good food in the air! I love this place!

This is a beautiful location if compared with the others within a 40 mile vicinity. The River is a nice place with a really cool ambiance. We had about a 20 minute wait and promptly scored a window seat. We ordered crab wontons as an appetizer. They were just«okay» and we wouldn’t get them again. Our meals were good though. Service was pleasant, but a tad slow moving. It was busy so I get that. We were so full we declined on dessert, which is always the happy ending! This is our favorite location out of all the others we’ve dined at.

Wow – place has gone downhill since I was here in 2013. My second visit here in 2016… This trip the cheesecake factory definitely redeemed itself. We sat at the bar and I would highly recommend to everyone that you do this if there is a long wait. The bartenders are your waiters and they are right there at the counter ready to get you whatever you need so you don’t have to wait for a waiter. Excellent service excellent food.

Feb 14 check in around 3:05 waited about 48 minutes to be seated, that BTW my table was dirty, there was left over food and trash on the floor that I had to request to be cleaned and swept. My drinks arrived at 4:39 and my order is been taken at this time since I hade the time to look at it… for a really long time After getting the attention of not one but two different hostess my drinks arrived but with a bad attitude. After 28 more minutes of taking my order food arrived and I gave a 4.5 out of 5 in rating for the actual food & drinks because although the food was good the server and hostess was horrible.

I’ve been to Arcadia(Santa Anita), Brea, Glendale(American), Los Angeles(the Grove), Pasadena, Rancho Cucamonga(Victoria Gardens), and now Ranch Mirage. This location is honestly the most beautiful location I’ve been to. It even has the most beautiful entrance, sitting on an artificial body of water. The service is great as well. Our server was extra nice and efficient. My food was yummy. My criticism has to do with the portion size of the salmon on my salad. It was the teeny tiniest piece of salmon I’ve ever ordered at a restaurant. It was like one salmon nugget. Luckily I had gift cards but if I had to use my own money, I would have been very upset. This meal being basically free, alleviated most of my negative feelings about the salmon nugget.

I was really shocked to see that the smothered chicken and biscuit dish was in fact not smothered. Not only that but when I asked for it to be smothered they poured this thin soup like gravy over the dish. Extremely disappointing. The dish was traditionally made with a thick white gravy that smothered the biscuits. And the biscuits were traditionally cut in halves and put in the mashed potatoes. This was nothing like that and definitely a disappointing meal.

We were surprised to have a long wait on a Tuesday night mid-summer, but after thirty minutes, we did finally get a table. We were glad that this Cheesecake Factory location has more booths than many of the locations, and they seem to be using the long rows mainly for large parties instead of trying to sandwich groups next to one another. For starters, my husband and I split the Asian salad and ordered it without meat, since we are vegetarian. It was HUGE. Big enough for two people for sure, maybe three or four. It’s almost like the food here should be ordered«family style.» Then, we shared the margherita pizza, which was oddly kind of over cooked. The cheese was burned in places, although the crust was not. Our waiter was fantastic… until we had finished our meal. They triple sat him at the same time, and he was so busy getting them started that we waited a really long time to order desert and get our check, but he realized that it had happened and got our desserts and check wrapped up super fast once he came around.

Every time I visit the Indio area to see my hubby we would go to the Cheesecake Factory for our anniversary. We have been here twice after seeing a movie at the river and both times it did not disappoint. Once we got seated outside which was lovely but there was a lack of lighting. The other time we were seated inside. The waitresses we had were friendly and attentive and the food was great. I love that there were so many vegetarian options for hubby and so many meaty options for me. We had a tiramisu cheesecake for dessert and it was heaven. We had also got a 8″ red velvet cheesecake to go cause it was also that good. Needless to say, I will be back this summer and will continue to see if they have maintained their loveliness.

Absolut Empfehlenswert!
