The initial meeting ended with Bobby saying the worst I will get is a dismissal. This was not the case. He couldn’t even dismiss community service. He would look at me and say, likely because you got .015 which is double the limit. I hired him thinking he would provide me the best representation, not represent the evidence back in my face.
I should of represented by the public defender, the outcome might of been the same, however I would of saved a lot of money. I was found guilty, no flaw in the officer testimony, community service and first time DUI program.
The bright side to this is that if you want to pay approximately upwards of $ 5000 plus for someone to return your calls this is the place for you.
If you got a DUI get multiple quotes from lawyers and don’t base your decision solely on Unilocal reviews.
Bobby don’t try to remove this honest experience. Be aggressive in negotiating with the DA, not aggressive trying to remove this Unilocal experience.

These guys are amazing. A friend recommended them to me a few months ago and going with The Law Offices was one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. I received a DUI on May 5 2014. I had a .018 went to court pleaded no contest was pleaded down to a wet and wreck less. I cannot express how thankful I am and how professional I was treated. I only had to do six classes and my insurance agreed not to raise my rates. Let me just start by saying that Bobby Shamuilian is a G. This guy fought for me like his life depended on it! Kirk was also very helpful with my case but Bobby handled it like a BOSS! I had a lame marijuana dui and it was my 2^nd. I was facing jail time, heavy fines, and 18 months of dui class. Instead, Bobby was able to get me a wet and reckless with no jail and only 6 weeks of classes. This guy made my year!!! IF YOU GET A DUI GO TO THE LAW OFFICES OF TARMAN & SHAMUILIAN.

Thank you Kirk and Jesse. I had high blood alcohol content (0.22) but almost a year later, Kirk was able to get it down to a wet reckless. The case took much longer than I had initially hoped but it was due to the fact that Kirk kept fighting for me and he definitely went all in for me.
Although Kirk may not be available himself to answer the telephone or answer your emails (which is expected anyway), throughout the whole process, his assistant Jesse has always been reachable by phone or email and he will try his best to help you and if you have a question for Kirk, Kirk will either call you back directly or Jesse will get back to you very promptly with the answer. It has been a real pleasure working with them.
Hopefully, I will never need a DUI attorney again but if I do, I will not hesitate on calling Kirk Tarman and I would strongly recommend him to friends and family if they need a DUI attorney.
