Steer N’stein of Cucamonga

Sadly not impressed. The salad is from a bag and they drown it in watered down dressing. We had a gnat in our beer so waitress brought out another. This also had something in it. Probably a dirty line.
The steak was excellent but overall the other issues ruined the experience.

We were seated right away. The setting and menu is kind of like a sizzler but u pay afterwards. The food was pretty good but they used skirt steak for their dinners so you have to eat it right away since the meat gets chewy as it cools. The chicken was a little scrawny in size. Our server was very attentive though so it helped. The salad ranch was watery.

Horrible food poisoning from their steak last night !!! Our friend had to cancel his flight and is in bed sick still. Our daughter barely made it home without throwing up! Never again! That restaurant has gone downhill!!!

This place is amazing! Great food for awesome prices. The rib-​eye is amazing. I love everything about it! Erica, Lisa, Mark, Laura, Dena, Stephanie, and Kimberly are awesome every time we eat at this establishment:) Keep up the good work.

Ok, so I’ve heard people tell me that Steer N’stein was sooooo good and when driving by I saw that it was voted best steaks by the Inland Empire Press Telegram. I am a total carnivore so i figured I would give it a shot someday. Last night I had a hankering for a steak so I said, «Let’s go to Steer N’stein!»
The ambiance is cool, real old school steakhouse feel. The staff is very friendly.
Iceberg lettuce on a plate with some dressing is not a salad.
The rib-​eye I ordered was tough and flavorless. I had not used A-​1, or any steak sauce for that matter, in 15 years but I must confess last night I cracked.
The baked potato was awesome though. Normally I wouldn’t bring that up since it’s pretty tough to screw up a baked potato. But, after the epic fail of the salad (another tough thing to screw up) i figured I should mention that the potato was good.
Sure the prices are less than you would pay most places but you do get what you pay for.

first visit to this place last Sunday. The steak was really good wished the vegetables and the side courses were bigger and the salad needs an update — none of the lettuce was cut and looked like it came from a bag. Impressed with the Steak but nothing else.

now here is a place i can eat at every day. mmm i love steak and i love alot of it. my husband can really put it down. he always eats my extra. the prices are great for the proportions and wow does it taste fantastic. i love the service and i always tip here 30 percent. the appetizer is served before i get chance to take a break and let me recomend the chili bean soup. promptly after the dishes are empty the server comes by stealthily sometimes and then they are gone. and the best part is your glass is never empty and instead of taking my glass and leaving me with out one they fill it up quick and before you need refill. i can taste the steak now just thinking of it.

Do not waste your money here! The service was horrible as well as the food… The worst tasting steak I’ve ever had!
