Compassionate and skilled physicians, solid staff, attractive waiting room, convenient location. They took me as an emergency add on for a same day visit, and I was super super grateful. No other opthalmologists or optometrists could see me and I really needed some help! I had to wait the day of my follow up appointment, but I realize they are seeing emergencies(like I was myself). Would definately recommend to any friends and family!

Appointment at 8:30am already 2 hours behind. How can they be 2 hours behind when they open at 8am? It’s ridiculous everyone coming in the staff tells them«we will be with you shortly“what a crock of shit! If I could I’d give them zero stars.

Super rude staff, I don’t know what else to say, my husband had his cataract removed here, I will never come here again because of the rude people who work here! They don’t honor appointments and think a T shirt makes up for their shortcomings.

These people are crooks. My daughter lost her vision under the care of their retinal specialist. If that’s not bad enough, they had me submit inflated bills to Kaiser for reimbursement. They demanded a cash payment from us before they would see my daughter which we paid even though we told them that Kaiser would pay them for services as an emergency 2nd opinion. On July 17, 2014, we paid Pacific Eye nearly $ 1,300 for a 2nd opinion examination. No surgeries or procedures were performed. They told us that they could not do anything for my daughter and sent us away. They gave me a bill in the amount of $ 2,875 to submit to Kaiser on their behalf. After 4 months of continuous follow up with both Kaiser and Pacific Eye, Kaiser forwarded Pacific Eye a payment of $ 695 on October 24, 2014. Pacific Eye kept that payment too! They are thieves, liars and screen their calls to avoid speaking with me or my daughter regarding this situation. On Friday, November 21, 2014 I received an email from Pacific Eye stating that they sent the money back to Kaiser because they have nothing to do with Kaiser or my daughter’s case! Liars! What a tragedy my family endured. Pacific eye did nothing for my daughter to validate a cost of $ 1,300 from us. Kaiser believes the an acceptable charge is $ 695. Pacific Eye gave me a bill totaling $ 2,875. Extortion and insurance fraud. Stay away from these greedy doctors. They are making a profit from desperate people like my daughter who will forever be blind. I have more pictures to share of my daughter sitting in their examination chair in excruciating pain before and after they made her wait several hours outside in our car because they had no chairs available in their waiting room. Very upsetting.
