My Addiction Skin Care

Love love love!!! I made the horrible decision last year to go the affordable route and get cluster lashes. Horrible! All my lashes fell off and I was left with nearly nothing. After a 3 month recovery, I decided to be more responsible and found My Addiction. Best decision ever!!! I religiously come every 2 – 3 weeks with Nicole and I couldn’t be more happier!!! I constantly get asked if they’re my real lashes or not, and I think that’s the biggest compliment. If you need a great eyelash technician/​salon, look no further!!!

I was very pleased with the service here at this salon. I went here as a first timer of lash extensions. the girl did a good job, and the environment was relaxing. I would def recommend my friends and family. Like I said I was a first timer to lash extensions, but they seemed to hold up pretty well and lasted a few weeks.

I walk in and Savannah who was at the front greeted my kids and I. I already felt the warm welcome as she explained the process as this was my first time there. So I had my appointment with Sheeni (also a doll) and almost as soon as she started the process my eyes started watering crazy. At this point she said she would try to continue to see how they held up. She went and got Savannah, the owner, to let her know the situation. Savannah assessed my eyes and applied a few lashes and thought my eyes would be ok through the process to continue. Well long story short Sheeni applied a few more lashes and saw it wasn’t going to work out as a few started to fall when she brushed them. Her and Savannah agreed to apply just a few more lashes to even me out and let me see how these few held up or the next few days. No charge today. Awesome! If these few lashes hold up I can come back next week and let them do them completely and pay at that time. Although I’m super bummed I couldn’t get my full set I feel that’s excellent customer service to be honest. Instead of applying them anyway, charging me and letting me walk out the door to a potential disaster days later. I really hope my few lashes that I have today hold up so I can come back and get the full «Addiction» experience! Excellent customer service! Thank you Sheeni and Savannah!

Every time after getting lashes done, I drive with my sun visor down because I can’t stop looking at them!!! I cannot believe what a difference they make and ESPECIALLY how you FEEL. Angie Tovar (lash artist) always listens to how YOU want them to look and she will take her time putting them on. The shop is gorgeous, vintage chic. The music, the happy employees, the always clean bathroom are the frosting on the cupcake. I hear employees talk amongst each other when getting lashes done and they all have a strong work ethic. When heard the booking wait on some of their other services, I thought «this owner and artists are doing something right» if you want yr lashes and or other services done right, this is where to come. Once yr in, rebooking is cake. Sorry for the essay but this shop deserves it. I won’t go anywhere else. Btw, I live in Victorville.

Love love, love love, love my Eyelash Fairy Angie! It’s been almost 3 months that I started the eyelash extensions and everytime I love them even more. Angie went over everything before applying and even after on how to take care of them.
I’m a Folklorico Dancer so eyelashes are a big thing for me for my performances and since I’ve had them done I haven’t had to worry about putting on falsies or any glue gunk or mascara. Putting on makeup is super easy and fast since no mascara is required. Everytime I go Angie will ask if I have a performance coming up so she knows the fullness I’m going for.
I highly recommend going here and asking for Angie. The 2 hours that it takes to apply seem like 5 minutes because she is so friendly and really knows what she is doing.
Oh and be prepared to be asked if they are your lashes everywhere you go! That’s how much of an amazing job she does. They look and feel natural and amazing!

Cassie is great!!! She had close paid attention to detail on my lashes and they came out looking amazing but yet somehow also works fast. Also I had some difficulty with scheduling/​front desk miscommunication but she was VERY considerate and helpful where she could have definitely just told me to reschedule :)
Now about the salon, My Addiction is very clean and professional with a cute setup and comfortable beds for lash application. Also for those who has sensitive eyes like me ~ I noticed my eyes weren’t red/​irritated like they usually are right after application which is a definite plus:) Will be back for sure!!!

This place is the worse to get ahold of to get info on the product they use, let alone get an appointment. I have left messages continuously for the past two weeks and have called and still not one word… I had high hopes for this place considering a lot of coworkers referred me here. But Because of the lack of concern or interest they show for new clients I would prefer to take my business elsewhere!

Went in for waxing and tinting. Had a great experience, and even booked my next appointment. I highly recommend them.

Okay ladies, I cannot stress this enough– Make sure lash extensions are right for you!!!
I have been DYING to get eyelash extensions for as long as I can remember. Whimsical fairy lashes without the hassel of mascara and racoon eyes? YES!
I did my research on eyelash extention locations for moths before I found My Addiction. Making an appointment online is very fast and convenient. The only thing is they are usually booked several weeks out! You have to create an account with your credit card information to secure your appointment, so if you don’t cancel in time or you’re a no– show your card will be charged.
I made my appointmet for a first time, classic set of lashes in preperation for Stagecoach with Tricia. Now, i’ll be honest– I was SO FREAKING NERVOUS.
I am very picky when it comes to my lashes. I had several screenshots of the look I was going for and NOT going for. When I got to my appointment, she asked what kind of look I was going for but didn’t really give me the full consultaton as I had heard I would get, as there are so many different sizes, lengths, curl, etc. Well, i know that NOW.
So she didn’t go into full detail in that regard and just sat me down and started prepping and applying right away. Two hours later I had a set of very narutal looking lashes, when I was going for a fuller, dramatic look. I was told the lash adhesive would get darker over time giving them that fuller, darker look.
Long story short, they didn’t and within a week my entire right eye had lost about 50% of it’s lashes! I followed the after care instuctions EXACTLY and still lost so many. And it was the actual extension and not my natural lash that fell off.
So I called a few days later explained my issue, and they fit me in for a 30min 1 week fix.
My appointment was set with Brianna, and let me tell you– THIS GIRL ROCKS! She was fun and easy to talk to and knew exactly the look i was going for. The amount of lashes she was able to set for me in that 30 minutes was very impressive. I wish I would’ve gone to her sooner! Two weeks later & after Stagecoach shennanigans these lashes are still on SO good!
This is the thing– These babies are freaking HIGH MAINTENECE! The way you wash your face, apply your make-​up, sleep– EVERYTHING changes.
As a lover of make-​up, falsies, and all things glam– they are not for me. I loved having them for Stagecoach and I could see myself having them for a beach vacation, but definately not long term.
So overall, i give this place ⁴⁄₅ starts only because I feel like the initial consulatation should be more thorough so that we know EXACTLY what we are getting & that we are 100% satsfied with it if we are paying over $ 100 for a product!!!
⁵⁄₅ Stars for the service. I really apprecuate them taking me in last minute to fix my lashes.

Around Christmas time I decided to treat myself to some lashes & I’ve been ADDICTED ever since! Aimee is my lash girl & she never disappoints. Her personality is beautiful & so is her work. I always come out looking flawless & when I come back for my fills, I still have plenty of lashes left to where I still get compliments (even though I know it’s been 3 weeks!). All of the girls there are super sweet, the interior is clean & chic; just overall really good vibes as soon as you come in the door.

I had my lashes done by Cassie, and must say that this is my new spot .
The atmosphere is awesome the rooms are cozy and the price is on point.

Just wanted to update my review from 9 months ago to say I still LOVE My Addiction and the ladies who work here!
I go biweekly for lash refills with Nicole and never leave disappointed. I don’t exactly grow the ideal set of natural lashes to add extensions to (my lashes are long and curly and I have oily skin) but every time I see Nicole she takes her time to give me a full set of lashes that lasts at least two weeks.
If you’re looking for a glammed out full service skincare salon with personable, patient, and talented staff, I highly recommend visiting My Addiction.

No! A BIG no!!! I went in a week before my birthday and my eyelashes did not make it to my birthday. Angie did my eyelashes.
I told her upon looking in the mirror that I thought they had no volume, she said I could call her in a few days… I called back next day and whoever answered the phone gave me attitude. She refused to give me her name, she put me on hold and told me she was there receptionist. I told her the receptionist was really nice and I knew she was lying, she admitted to not being the receptionist but still refused to give me her name. She said Angie was busy and off till Wednesday which was like 5 days out and by then I’d have to pay again.
…I asked for Angie to call me instead of struggling with girl on the phone. Angie never called me.
So I give them 1 star for the horrible customer service. As a new customer I expected them to want to make it right for me so that I can continue to return for services but her attitude was very bad, very rude and sarcastic — so unethical.
My eyelashes fell off in one week!

Amanda does great lashes! I love mine and I get so so many compliments on them. Definitely recommend this place. Both locations are great :)

Angie is the best !!! I was a little nervous at first but she makes sure to explain EVERYTHING to you and is so friendly always a pleasure getting my lashes done by her. If you have any concerns or questions she give you her personal number to contact her for a fast response if you wanna get your lashes done I most definitely recommend to ask for Angie

I love my monthly visits to My Addiction Skin Care.
From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The receptionist is always super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing and very posh.
It’s rare that I’m not almost immediately taken into a room for my lash appointment.
My lash artist Angie Tovar is thee best. I have been coming here for a little over a year and a half and I am so glad I found her. My first appointments were ok, but once she did my refill I do not dare go to anyone else. She is very professional, informative, and accommodating to my crazy schedule. I’m not a girly girl and she makes me feel pretty once every 3 weeks or so.
I recommend that everyone who is curious about getting lashes to talk to their lash artist before getting them done. It wasn’t until trial and error that I knew that you can get them in various lengths, curls, and even color.

I recommend everyone to come here to get your eyelash extensions done because of the fact that the whole experience was excellent. It was my first time getting my eyelashes done by Cassie and she made my first experience a great one, her customer service is excellent, the whole process was very comfortable and she made it go by very quick. I loved the results of my eyelash extensions and definitely going back for a fill. Not only do they do eyelash extensions but they have other awesome services as well. If you haven’t already checked them out, you’re definitely missing out. Thanks Cassie!

Update: 1÷15÷16 I started going here back in October 2015, and I am still coming here even though I’ve moved to the OC! I’ve been going to Sheeni and she is amazing! My lashes always come out looking full yet still on the natural side. I see her every 2 – 3 weeks to keep them in good shape. She’s super sweet and always makes sure that I leave satisfied with my lashes. I also love how I don’t have to wear as much eye make up or deal with mascara anymore.
All around, I still give this place 5 stars. The girls up front are also super sweet; I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

I have searched all over the Inland Empire for anyone and everyone who is skilled in microblading/​3D brows and came across Suzie. I was really nervous about having something permanently etched on my face although I have had my brows tattooed before. Suzie was absolutely amazing. She explained everything step by step, she measured and remeasured and worked with me until I was completely happy with the shape before she started. I am so happy I found her and would recommend her to anyone thinking about having their brows tattooed, her work is amazing and the brows look like REAL hairs :-) THANK YOU SO MUCH SUZIE!

Sheeni is AMAZING!!! My lash extensions are full and natural just how I like them. I’ve been getting lash extensions for years now but since I’ve started seeing Sheeni the compliments are never ending. I couldn’t be happier.
She is also quite the master Waxer. Sheeni is quick, and gentle. And when it comes to waxing the lady parts she is by far the best of the best in Brazilian Waxing. My Addiction is my new happy place!!!
